Activision thought lowly of it, Square Enix thinks highly of it...This could wind up being one of the most fascinating train wrecks in video game history. Honestly, though, ModNation Racers was such a mixed-bag that it's literally impossible to have any sense of what the studio is capable of with such a radically different game; but I have to admit my curiosity is piqued. |

"When we met the team at United Front Games, it was a done deal in our eyes - we instantly recognised the huge potential in the game and the team. UFG is an incredibly talented team, who have individually worked on some of the biggest games in our industry" Translation: "We never played ModNation Racers." |

@ 3 Are you bashing MNR or the spokesperson? I love MNR. Why is SE wasting their time with this? They have HUGE money problems that could be fixed overnight with a simple phrase: "Kingdom Hearts 3 is in production for the PS3." I'm no diehard fan of the series but I'm not stupid. Nothing against True Crime, I had it pre-ordered. But this is not the way for them to get back in the black. |

I´m so glad for UFG, they did an excellent work with ModNation Racers, yes maybe some people say is not the perfect Kart racing game in the world, but at least is fun, enjoyable and has an excellent replay value (that is the reason that i love that game). anyway i´ll looking this game, i never played the True Crime series before but i saw some trailers and the series looked interesting, not like a GTA clone (like a lot people say) but looks a game something different in example i remember one trailer (i don´t remember which True Crime was) that if you do a mistake in the mission you can change the story, that was original. |

| I didn't like MNR, but I did like True Crime: Streets of LA when I rented it many years ago for the PS2. I'll give this a rent like the first one. |

| It's good to hear this news. It's just great to hear this game isn't going to waste after all. I just felt that some other developer would pick it up eventually. Activi$ion is going to regret abandoning this game/franchise... their loss. |

This is great news, brilliant even. I was looking forward to this, as it seemed to revamp the regular sandbox formula a bit. Saw and heard a lot of promising things. Up untill Activision cancelling the game, while it was said that it was almost complete. While the mayit sound like the game was bad, I don`t buy it. Activision has a thing with treating games that aren`t COD or movie tie-ins badly. Them being involved was the main reason for me to buy this game used, because I don`t want Kotick getting my money, but seeing this division of Square-Enix involved, makes this a buy for me. |

| i don't like this at all, the true crime games were fun back then but all square does these days is picking up old western franchises instead of giving us something new |
