Madden NFL 12 Demo Tackling PSN on August 9th

EA Sports has announced that there's a treat in store for NFL fans, or more specifically Green Bay Packers and Chicago Bears fans, as the Madden NFL 12 demo is on the way next month, giving you the chance to pit these two teams against one another on the field of play.

The Madden NFL 12 demo will give you a 20-minute four-quarter game to play through, giving you a chance to re-write last year's NFC Championship, which the Packers won. Joystiq notes that the roster will be a little out of date due to the recent settling of the NFL lockout, but EA has confirmed that it'll have a launch day update rolling out to reflect the free-agent changes.

Madden NFL 12 is preparing to go long on August 30th, 2011. You can play the demo from August 9th.

Screw the packers!!! I was at that game in Chicago last year. It was butt ass cold and we lost so it was double-sucky. Glad the lock out is over so now the babies can go back to work.
