The first User-Generated Content Pack for inFamous 2 is now available for download from the PlayStation Network, Sucker Punch has announced on the US PlayStation Blog. The update adds several vehicles taken from the single-player missions, including Bertrand’s Limo, Bertrand’s Semi-Truck, the New Marais Police Car, the Ambulance, and a bike, all pictured below. You can even use a flipped-over ambulance to heal pedestrians while protecting them from incoming swarms of enemies, or use the police car to aid the New Marais police department from attacking Vermaak 88 Ice Soldiers. Or you could simply hunt down the bike thief, as there's unfortunately no bike lock with that bicycle. With over 50,000 user-created missions already submitted to inFamous 2, Sucker Punch has also introduced the 'Missions Search' feature as part of the free update, enabling you to quickly sift through what's on offer. To use Missions Search, simply pause the game, access the UGC menu and search using any terms you like, including PSN user names. For more on inFamous 2's UGC, you can check out a host of tutorial videos to help guide you through the mode here. There'll also be more of these updates to come in the future, Sucker Punch confirms. ![]() | |
