![]() | FIFA 12’s David Rutter Talks Career Mode, Franchise Advancements and More Written Monday, July 11, 2011 By Dan Webb View author's profile |
FIFA 12’s biggest gameplay innovation might be its all-new Impact Engine – taking the physics of the franchise to a whole new level – but there’s a hell of a lot more to FIFA 12 than a new physics engine. We caught up with FIFA 12 Producer, David Rutter, AKA Mr FIFA, at EA’s UK HQ recently to talk about said upgrades, focusing on the game’s revamped career mode, how the mindset of the team changed this generation – usurping PES in the process – and Peter Moore’s comments on motion control at E3. Obviously we talk about a hell of a lot more than that – there’s just no shutting us up sometimes – so delve in and see what Rutter has to say. FIFA 12 is scheduled for a September 27th and September 30th release in North America and Europe respectively. Don’t forget to check out our preview from this morning. | |
