"NON-STOP BUG KILLING ACTION" screams this new E3 2011 trailer for Earth Defense Force: Insect Armageddon. Judging by the gameplay footage on show here, they're not joking.

It's an absolute explosion-fest, full of blasts, bugs and bonkers battles. It looks fun, though it's clearly not going to win any awards for visuals.

Insect Armageddon will feature 3-player co-op and a 6-player survival mode over PSN. There's also over 300 weapons and four different upgradeable armour sets (including jetpacks!).

As well as the trailer, you can find a couple of new screens below, taken from a batch of ten. All of the new shots are in the game's gallery.

Earth Defense Force: Insect Armageddon is set for a 8th July 2011 release.

	HAHA when i saw giant bugs i wasnt LITERALLY expecting to see giant bugs. just looks like giant ants and spiders.

	Still looks rediculous but I will say that looks way better then the last one and actually looks like alot of fun.
