Although I liked some of her moves, I couldn't find the game that much engaging because of the weak story telling, boring cut-scenes and almost no soundtrack (aside the music "Alive"). The game is pretty much run from point-A to point-B.

OH MY GOD, I'D LOVE IT IF THAT CAME!!! Seriously, I freeakin loved Mirror's Edge, it was an awesome first person experience. I even had 2 world records on dlc time trials(Razzmatazz and Actino Rise). I would love to see a sequel!
On the other side: I want a better story, and online. |

Mirror's Edge was one of the most refreshing and fun games of the recent years, a sequel is a must. I hope they put considerable resources into it. Making it a tiny bit more open (as in not strictly missions under pressure) would be very good. They can keep the same city as it had a very good art style.

@16 Yes it was supposed to be a triology.
And haters are going to hate since they aren't tired of the generic fps yet. Imo this game was much better than most made it seem and there were only some things that could have been a little better, like the plot and cutscenes. The shooting is a little weird but if they had not left it like that and added the ads feature the shooting sequences would have become too easy. |

| Loved the first one, and to this day I'm shocked you can pick up such an awesome game with a fairly fresh and innovative idea behind it for a mere fiver in the shops. Everyone should try Mirrors Edge for that price! It had a few flaws here and there but overall it was a really cool idea that worked well IMO. If they took that idea and made a 2nd one improving on the flaws it'd be freaking awesome! (A free roam mode would be sweeeeeet!) |

| The original was the most fresh take on FP gaming in years and it's absolutely among my favorite PS3 games. I'd love to see a sequel or just more games with similar gameplay, driving on fast movement rather than piling up a body count (not that there's anything wrong with shooters, love those, but have over 30 titles for my PS 1,2 & 3) |

| The story was ok, but the controls sucked. They were inconsistent and required too much detail. To hit some of the small things you had to land on, thier neede to be moer ai help. Hope they make it for those that want it, but I wouldn't buy it :-( |

Lets stray away from great new concepts and flood the market with even more shooters...
I know there is a following for Battlefield and I enjoy the games myself. But Mirrors Edge was great. I'm sure a sequel could really polish up some of the concepts and be an amazing game. |

| Mirror's Edge is one of the few unique games of this generation. Its disappointing they've put this on hold which likely means its being scrapped. This is a problem of charging 60 dollars for games this generation. Mirror's Edge was a great game IMO but I would have been disappointed to pay full price for it. |

Whatever. I still have to recover from the emotional blow Chapter 2, 8 and 9 speedruns dealt to me, and get the guts to plat the first game.

hooray, lets go make more generic shooters and ditch being creative what so ever. I swear someday soon every game not out of Japan will be an FPS lol.

I don't get the appeal of Mirror's edge, it got overhyped because it was doing something differant to other games. I played the demo and it seemed terriable to me, the controls were too dodgy and I never got what was suppose to be going on,
while I think it's awesome to see someone doing something new in the games industry espcially when every FPS games is the seem old run and shoot everyone but I felt that this game was a bit weak. Maybe if they dramaticly improve on this like Ubisoft did with Assassin's Creed it'll be worth playing. |

| They could be stalling to work on the physics etc, after the first was tested a lot of people had problems with Vertigo (me including) which was a shame because it meant those people could not play the game despite having eagerly awaited its release. So if they have stalled working on the sequel it could be to make sure they can deliver a game that everyone can play. |
