Rango: The Video Game Gets a Proper Release Date

Rango, Paramount's forthcoming animated feature starring a chameleon voiced by Johnny Depp, is getting the obvious video game treatment with the imaginatively titled, Rango: The Video Game, and EA has today released word of a more specific release date within its March 2011 window.

Set within the small Wild West desert town of Dirt, Rango: The Video Game is being developed by Behaviour, the studio formerly known as Artificial Mind & Movement, whose past projects include Wet and Naughty Bear.

Rango: The Video Game is set to release on March 1st in North America and March 4th in the UK and Europe, on the same day that multiplayer browser game, Rango: The WORLD debuts online, if you're interested. Well, now you know anyway...

	Definatley going to avoid this like the plague, not only gonna be an awful movie tie-in but from the makers of Wet & Naughty Bear(?!) NO THANKS!!!!!!!

	Wet was awesome, Naughty Bear was funny. Why not give it a rental for the easy platinum?

	If Johnny Depp returns to voice the lizard, it should be at least, that much more awesome. Hopefully it will be as good as Toy Story 3 was.
