| Fuck Activision. They're just pissed that EA has become the company They never will. I know a lot of people on here hate EA but I freaking love em. I hope the Respawn guys get the money they deserved and go on to make a game far greater then CODMW2. |

| doesnt make a difference to me. they are all making way more money than me lol. and im still going to play games from both companies. i know some people that boycott activision and that kind of thing. who cares. ill have fun playing more video games. |

| This will never end, at least not with a solid winner, no one really knows what happened, and thats the problem, as a judge, how do you come to a decision in a he said this he said that case? Both cases might be thrown out and the two will have to just make nice somehow, and sadly, MW3 may never see the light of day because of it, so its really the fans who will suffer from all this. |

LMAO. EA is a shit company. Hate Activision all you want, but EA has been a monumental joke this generation, with horrible management decisions at just about every turn.

@9 all that is going to really come out of this is a judge ordering payment to west and zampella for their completed work (probably the $36 million their seeking), because it can be proven that they completed mw2 and blah, blah, blah..
as for all the other allegations, it'll all probably be thrown out because like you said, it cannot be proven, it is just a he said-she said battle.. unless there is an email between zampella/west and EA, the specifically states there are trying to sabotage Activision, there is simply no proof.. |

I'm gonna be honest here. I like EA Games even more now. They just need to ditch those annoying online codes and everyone will be on their side here.
Activision is just angry that EA Games is sticking up for Jason and Vince, they obviously didn't except anyone to stick up for them.
Seeing as in the past Bobby "Satan" Kotick tried to act like the one being backstabbed by Jason and Vince. Honestly it's as clever as Ian Huntley seeing the two girls who kidnapped took him hostage. |

| This doesnt even effect me. I just dont like how there wont be a MW3 because of this. EA has the worst servers, and I that online code bullshit, but activision on the other hand, is just plain greedy and keep telling developers to make games every year until the franchise turns bad ( Guitar Hero, Tony Hawk, COD). I do want EA to win though since they have better games. |

| Everyone picks on ea for their online pass but its no big deal if you buy it new, they give you the pass free...I hated mw2, so whoever is at fault there should have to shell out cash. Wish it were to the consumer that had to endure that garbage game though |

ok, MW2 had an awesome spec-ops program, but has a propaganda-fasioned storyline and pathetically flawed multiplayer.
outside of that Activision is a bully and acts like the head corporation.
This is now how i prooritize:
I use Ubi games for myself
I use EA games for multiplayer
I may use Acti game when i have guests
I use Sony games for the sake of trophies |

Oh great, a video game companies war is starting.
Hate to say it, but unless both companies can clean up their acts soon, it's going to at least put a noticeable dent on both companies plus Sony and Microsoft since Activision and EA Sports earns most of their money from both companies (To a lesser extend, it may also hurt the gaming industry).
The longer this last, the more this is going to suck for gamers. |
