We've seen another side to Yakuza 3's Kazuma Kiryu. Turns out he can be tender when he wants to be, putting his family first.

The latest trailer focuses on the game's characters, revealing that protecting your family is every bit as important as mashing up the faces of your enemies.

We see Kazuma cooking up a meal for the kids and then fraternising with his gangster buddies, having a leisurely drink at a bar.

The supporting cast also make an appearance, including the patriarch of the rival family, who looks every bit as fierce as any of your own yakuza soldiers, some of which also feature in the vid.

If you were hoping for wanton violence in your Yakuza 3 trailer however, we suggest you take a look at the previous one SEGA put out.
