WWE Smackdown vs. Raw 2011's Online Features Exposed

WWE Smackdown vs. Raw 2011 won't just be bringing a can of whoopass offline, oh no. It'll also have a bunch of online features, as shown in this latest trailer, which looks exclusively at the game's online modes.

Royal Rumble, Elimination Chamber, Hell in a Cell and TLC matches are all in, and WWE Smackdown vs. Raw 2011 will mark the first time that online Royal Rumble has been featured in the series. It's a perfect fit for online play and will mean that 30 wrestlers can all get involved in the action.

WWE Smackdown vs. Raw 2011 is due to belly-flop into the ring on October 26th.

My boyfriend is really excited for some of these features. Whether he actually ends up playing online is to be determined I suppose....

@8 I'm glad.

I hate it when they make the trophies way to easy. Makes the game feel cheap and takes away from the replay value. Plus I'm not a huge trophy whore so I won't really care :p.

online gotta be better than the last PS3 efforts. i'm gonna vet it b4 hand and ask my friend(s) if the lag is any bad/good. plus don't ya have to buy an online pass to go online? better be worth it...

im assuming you dont need to beat 30 human controlled players for the Royal Rumble trophy? Because I cant imagine this will one of those series that has 1000s of people playing for years to come.
