CD Projekt RED has released a launch trailer for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt's upcoming Hearts of Stone Expansion Pack, in which you'll once more get to jump into the boots of Geralt of Rivia. This time, you're out to take down ruthless bandit captain Olgierd von Everec, a man with the power of immortality.

Like Geralt's previous exploits, you'll be able to choose the path you take through Hearts of Stone's new adventure, as you assemble a crew of break-in artists, spend a night partying with a ghost and seek to outwit the "most bizarre" creatures Geralt has faced to date.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Hearts of Stone will be coming on 13th October, promising over 10 hours of new content with new characters, powerful monsters, a unique romance and new storyline, as well as a new Runewords gameplay system that will impact various in-game mechanics. Check out the launch video below.

  • Once all the DLC is out and the game has been patched a few times hence, I will start playing this again ...
  • Platinumed this game and I freaking love it, however with 16 small DLC's and 2 Big expansions I fully expect to see a complete edition launch around the time of the second expansion, so i think ill wait for that as I hate buying DLC digitally if it can be avoided.
  • Can't wait. Unlike poster #1 I've had 0 issues to date and put quite a lot of hours into the game. Story was kinda dragged out, so I stopped in the middle, but got right back to it. As soon as I am done with TLoU, I will be all over this DLC=) Tbh, I almost forgot it's coming out this month....=P
  • @# 2 ... I was thinking of doing that myself. If they come out with an GOTY edition with all content on the disc, I'll buy it (and give my vanilla copy to my brother).
  • Looks good. I will wait a bit before I get the expansion though, my backlog has increased a lot the last time I played TW3.
  • The DLC looks like a story of it's own as if it's a bran new game. With 3 trohpies left fot Platinum i'll defintely be playing this afterwards. Hope the story in this dlc lives up to it's hype.
