Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions Takes Us To The Negative Zone

The Negative Zone is a weird place. It crops up countless times in Fantastic Four stories, as Reed Richards travels back and forth between the real world and the freaky alternate realm. It's used as a superhero prison in Civil War and has all sorts of bizarre properties that only Mr. Fantastic can get his stretchy head around, but what role it will fulfil in Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions is unknown.

In the Negative Zone, Spider-Man has an odd black costume, which is like his traditonal red and blue, but erm...black. We're not entirely sure why that is, or what that means exactly, in the anti-matter universe.

In comic book lore, Spider-Man visited the Negative Zone and acquired a costume that enabled him to merge with shadows and become invisible. Whether this means you'll be able to do the same in the game is unclear from this trailer, which shows Spidey kicking ass and webbing up villains like he normally does.

And could this mean that Spidey's alter-ego, Dusk might make an appearance? Don't write it off.

I hope this game is still in Alpha phase, cause a lot of those animations looks pretty stiff. I may get this game though, definately seems interesting.

web of shadows had awsome gameplay the graphics wernt great but they wernt terible and the same goes for the voice acting

if this game was still in Alpha, it wouldn't be releasing in 2 weeks. if you based the animations off of this video, you need to check out the others.
