![]() | Loads of New PES 2011 Screens Hit the Pitch Written Friday, August 20, 2010 By Richard Walker View author's profile |
A huge batch of PES 2011 screens has hit the web, showing that the game's quirky customisation options are back in full force with new player heads and hairstyles, a stadium editor and extra footballs that fall firmly into the file marked 'mental'. Not only are the unlockable footballs a giant boiled sweet and a wooden barrel, but it also looks like you can add your own images to your stadium. So if you want, you could have a stadium filled with profane banners or you can do what Konami has done in the screens, and plaster your face - or 'Seabass' Takatsuka's face in this particular case -all over the seats. Why you'd want to do this, we're not sure, but it beats having the usual rubbish PES banners like 'who ate all the pies' all over the place. There are more daft customisation options in the screenshots, like an Easter Island head, more strange stadium editing options and a few screens showing that you can also create your own team emblems again, as in past PES titles. There's also a few screens of Barcelona star, Lionel Messi looking really annoyed. PES 2011 is due out at the end of September 2010 in Europe and October 2010 in the US. Take a look at the 31 new screens in the gallery. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | |
