When we say next week... we mean Tuesday, which although is technically still next week, it's actually a lot sooner than the headline would suggest.

Those looking to take to the skies before HAWX 2's release to see whether the sequel to the fighter plane combat title is worth shelling out for, had better buckle themselves into the demo which hits the PSN on Tuesday... or we assume, Wednesday in Europe.

The two mission single-player demo will allow wannabe pilots to take part in some dog-fighting and mid-air refuelling in the Inception Course mission, as well as heading under the cloak of night for some precision bombing in the Seek and Destroy mission.

HAWX 2 is out September 3rd in Europe and September 7th in North America.
