2K Reveal Diverse NBA 2K11 Soundtrack

2K Reveal Diverse NBA 2K11 Soundtrack
Written Thursday, July 29, 2010 by Richard Walker

NBA 2K11's soundtrack is set to be the biggest and best yet according to 2K, and while obviously they would say that, there are 27 tunes confirmed for the game with Snoop Dogg contributing the NBA 2K Theme, which we assume will feature "2K" repeated multiple times in the lyrics, over and over.

Still, it's a fairly diverse mix, featuring the likes of Kid Cudi, Outkast's Big Boi, Drake and The Constellations the soundtrack is mostly comprised of hip-hop as you might expect, but there are a few other more eclectic picks in there, including The Alan Parsons Project performing the Chicago Bulls' intro song to complement Michael Jordan's status as playable cover star.

Pretty decent track list. Shutterbugg is a must on there, loving Artest's new single, and 2k theme was decent this year for Snoop Dogg.

Can't wait for the game.

God I hate drake.

Also, it's so sad for someone like me who grew up on early 90s hip hop. What happened to west coast rappers. Eazy's dead, Snoop is a sellout and a bore, most of the people who overrate 2Pac haven't heard anything other than All eyez on me, Dre is taking forever to come out with a new album, and Ice Cube.... Well... Just watch The Lottery Ticket trailer. I'd love to hear the Artest song, tho. He's always been my favorite player behind Iverson.
