BioShock 2 Getting Single-Player Protector Trials in August

Following the revelation of some new PS3 trophies, for BioShock 2, 2K has today officially confirmed that the game will be getting a new batch of DLC content as expected.

Entitled 'Protector Trials', the forthcoming DLC is comprised of single-player challenges that involve collecting ADAM and completing tasks Modern Warfare 2 spec-ops style to earn stars.

BioShock 2's Protector Trials DLC launches on August 3rd, with pricing yet to be confirmed.

oh well :| always with dlc, we pay with money and stuff. Red dead redemption should be idolized, free trophies for free dlcs.

I knew it I knew it would be challenges and not extra areas to explore probably prices around £8 and not worth it.

From what I've seen, the new maps will be from the original game and the price is only $4.99. I'm fairly excited for these, and am only hoping that they put some back story into it.

So it's just like bioshock 1 dlc? Then I don't have to worry about cheap online players, awesome. I might just buy this dlc.

this is more like it. not more crappy multiplayer stuff that shouldn't of been included in the game in the first place.
