I know I bought Quantum of Solace first since it had trophies then ppl said I gotta get it so I ended up getting it, wonder how many other ppl bought QoS over fallout for trophies?

It hurt to not buy this one because I really want to play it, but without trophy support there are just WAY too many other options right now! I have Resistance 2, Bioshock, Motorstorm 2, LBP, Bad Company, and GTAIV all on the shelf right waiting their turns in my console for their trophy runs! Right now it's Resistance 2, and that one is AWESOME! I can add Fallout 3 to the que once it gets patched...

If the trophies are the same as the achievements for xbox 360, then gamers have to play the game 3 times to get them all. Might as well make use of the practice time.

Comment #23 by GMPrefect Thursday, November 06, 2008 @ 04:42:07 AM Listening to most of you post on here causes me to assume none of you ever played video games before trophies.....Its getting a little ridiculous, the number of times people are saying that "theres no point in playing a game" or "its not worth the time" As a matter of fact, 9 out of 22 posts on this thread point out what a waste of time this game would be without trophies....are you telling me none of you enjoyed oblivion? or mgs4? or bloody final fantasy? If it means less glitches at release, I'd rather the devs spend more time debugging and just get the trophies out when they can.....it shouldn't be a selling point......just a bonus I dont own a 360, but Im pretty sure that almost all of its games support achievents....if that ever happens to the PS3, I have a feeling alot of your heads

You play with a good character, then you play with an evil character, then you play through to see how fast you can beat just the story. I'll play this as soon as I get it, trophies are just the whipped cream.

If a game does not have trophies then it is not a problem and does not influence how long much I play it. However once I know that trophies are available for a game, I get all OCD about it (and I suspect I am not unique). I don't want to continue playing a game that I know I will need to play again to get the trophies as with a hectic life I barely have time to play games through once. Changing the subject totally, does anyone know when the Fallout 3 patch is out??

However, now Fallout 3 has 75% more kung-fu shelf action because I'm not pulling a GTA IV and putting 30+ more hours into replaying for trophies I would have already had. Does anyone even know why there weren't trophies to begin with? The grandfathered games at least have an excuse.

I should know, I got all 1250 of them. Please do your research before having a go at other people.

After that i gave up (stopped caring) and went and played Fo3 some more I assume it is in the E section...for elder..but again, i dont care enough to 'research' it.... In future, please do some research before having a go at people and you dont need to correct 360-related mistakes on a Ps3 website...'specially when in my previous post i referred to them by their proper name.... ty
