@6 how is that a sign? Less trophies = more trophies of higher value.
Would the game be amazing if it had 70 trophies full of bronze, but in the end it had the same amount of total points?

No offense, but this game in japan sold like 3300 in japan between January 25 and January 31st. This means it's a pretty horrible game. Also, it was nominated for worse game of 2010. |

@11 That's not true it's just the Japanese were more looking forward to Ar tonelico III and End of Eternity aka Resonance of Fate (which also came out on the same day) than Last Rebellion. Besides Japanese can always import the American version from NIS of America which comes out this month as well for a cheaper price. The reason why it sold so low is just because NIS of Japan scheduled it for a very bad time to sell it and the American NIS puts their copy like 2 weeks before Final Fantasy XIII. This is why sometimes these companies need to know when games are being released from other companies so they can make more profit from it unless NIS actually thinks Last Rebellion can take on Final Fantasy XIII in America and Ar tonelico III along with End of Eternity in Japan. |

For a platinum game, yes the trophies will always add up to the same value. So if there are few total trophies, they're probably mostly gold. But, in the case of Terminator Salvation, there were few trophies because the game was crappy and shallow. So they just gave you like a gold trophy for beating each part of the game. I can see why few trophies on a retail game would be a bad omen for some.
As far as @11 saying few sales make it a horrible game, give me a break. It MIGHT be a horrible game, but don't base that on sales. 50 Cent: Bulletproof was one of the top-selling games the year it came out, but nobody bought an actual good game like Psychonauts. |

Terminator Salvation is the bomb! How often do you get a game based on a movie that has NOTHING to do with the movie? An easy plat, lots of gold, it sells for $20 or less... what's there not to like? How often can you platinum in a day? |
