DLC Added: Dark Void

DLC Added: Dark Void
Written Sunday, January 17, 2010 by olsen77

What's this, DLC trophies before the game has even be released?  That's right, new Dark Void trophies have popped up on PSN, and the game doesn't even come out until the 19th in the US and the 22nd in the UK.  Ten new trophies have been added to the list bringing the total up to 58.  We'll be getting some content titled "Survivor Missions" at some point, but it's still unknown when or for how much or even what exactly these new missions are.  Considering that there was no word on launch day DLC (or any DLC  at all for that matter) for Dark Void, this comes as a bit of a shock.  For all of you that were eagerly anticipating this game, looks like Capcom and Airtight Games had a little surprise for you.  Please click on Read More to see the new trophies.

I Like those trophies but to bad I don't like the game much. Controls on the demo was kind of off to me so I'll wait for price drop and no good games are out to buy this. There's at least one game in every month that is better than the other of that month of week of release.

game has been scoring poorly on metacritic. maybe its because they concentrated on putting this DLC out instead of on the main game.

I'm glad there was a demo, 'cuz this is one I'll definitely be skippin'. Feels like a mediocre cross between the Rocketeer and Uncharted... which sounded good on paper.

Although, I'm curious as to whether this will be an actual add-on, or, being as the trophies are already discovered, this is already on disc and will be unlock keys a la RE5 and SFIV.

This is still a Capcom published game, after all... and they're doin' DLC so wrong this gen.

Wow DLC before the game was released, nice Capcom. Never planned on getting this POS anyway.

I hate when games do this, planning DLC before the damn game is even released. If you're gonna hold out for more money at least make it convincing that you didn't take potential stuff out of the game for an extra buck.

Looks like some new hefty 100kb "downloadable content"!

The demo was crap, so for their sake, I hope this DLC sells well.

@7: It's probably already on the disc and you're paying for an unlock code. Basically, you're getting reamed.
