What tends to happen is that players just aims for the trophies and forget about the game. I bet there are some, not so obvious trophies like " Join a kingdon that is losing and help them unite china" or "leave your current kingdom and join another* | |

The Renbu system is now linked to your weapons, not your character so the more you upgrade your weapons, the higher the Renbu level. In Empires mode, you start as a Vagrant working for no one. You can then join one of the 3 kingdoms. Each kingdom has different tax rate and wages. Your ruler will also give you objectives like Capture all the strongholds on a certain map or conquer certain lands within 3 turns. | |
