Reviews for this game aren't very gleaming but since I love throwbacks to my early gaming days (Nintendo, Commodore64, Megadrive and Super Nintendo), I just can't pass this more, even more so since it'll be free as a PS+ members.
Seems like a pretty fun trophy list at least :D |

@1the only "non gleaming" review ive seen was igns and they are terrible anyway.
how grindy is max fidelity? super long to get a song to level 50 let alone all of them? |

| Personally I think this game is perfect. I'm a little biased as I grew up with and love the Double Dragon series but I think this game definitely does the originals justice while still managing to be fresh and interesting. I love how there is a level up system that sticks with you win or lose through the levels and how you can go back and play a previous level to beef up if you're stuck. Also, this game has given me quite a challenge so far! |

This was a fun game, VERY short though, but it has an awesome 80s (fake) soundtrack and a lot of collectables. No online coop though so that is kind sucky.
It really has a good sense of humor about itself and controls very well. While not the best beat em up out there, it holds its own as a retro remake. |

| It's a fun game, offline co-op is great! The fact that it's free for + members might bias me a bit, but i've enjoyed it a lot so far. Trophies seem a bit tough. |

| Game is fun I can't argue with that but the controls suck, leading me to believe most of the negative reviews (haven't actually read them) have at least some basis. |
