| I love anything with pirates but I'm not even sure what this game is like, is it an RPG? Never played one before but from what I've seen I am very tempted. |

@3: It's an European RPG. So expect a big game world with lots of exploration, a fairly complex character system, an (compared to today's standard) interessting story, harsh language, sexuality and mostly grey shades in morales.
It's from the same guys who made Gothic I-III. |

Looks like an easy plat, most will come naturally during story and exploration. The secrets will probably be for multiple quest solutions and story progression / exploration as well.
But Musket and Voodoo will not be available in one playthrough due to choice of faction, so this will require two. |

I heard the PC version was a big stinky pile of pirate poo. Also Deep Silver is in someway involved, which is not a good sign.

I wouldn't get my hopes up, to be truthful. The PS3 version is said to run extremely poorly and look so bad it causes eye cancer. Same for the X-Box 360 one, but it allegedly is a little better.
Even though people said the same about the first game on X-Box 360 and while it really looked like crap, I kind of liked it. Not full price level liking, of course, so this one should be a rental first to see how it really runs. |
