#1 Nope, seems the Pro Baseball Spirits series are only in JP, of course, like every PS3 import, any PS3 game is region free.

@2: But it is in Japanese, which poses a serious challenge when it comes to team management, etc. Too bad, I'd love the West to get an NPB game, or at least a Japanese NPB game to get an English language option.
