Aside from collecting all dog tags, this list looks pretty reasonable.
No alarms will be tricky, but on Very Easy mode it shouldn't be too much of an issue, assuming of course they let you reload the last save and it won't count. |

| I still wonder why the PS3 version of this and MGS3 ended up with more trophies than the Xbox counterpart. Not that it is a bad thing, just weird. |

Make up for? Are people still bitter about the lack of a platinum trophy?
We got the same amount of trophies that Xbox did achievements, theres are just worth more.

Well, collecting all the dogtags would require a near-complete playthough on the hardest difficulty.
No Big Boss rank though. Some of those VR missions are obnoxious, like the grenade launcher whack-a-mole. The rest are just cute, but not hard. |

You will have to beat it on the hardest difficulty still to get the orange wig. Unless they change the requirements for it.

| collecting all dog tags will probably prevent me from getting a plat. Even though this is a game worth playing through 5 times, 5 playthroughs based on getting collectibles sounds tedious especially considering one of those will be on the snooze-fest mode very easy. Still great list and it should provide tons of replay value to those willing to do it. |

| In the original,after you get the stealth suit, it carrys over into the harder playthroughs. The tough part about the hardest difficulty is the boss fights, otherwise this should be an easy plat. |

| @11 I sure hope not, playing on European Extreme was fun as hell, it was both challenging and rewarding at the same time, except the button mashing part at the end......screw that part :P even if they do change it I'm still goin Extreme, Snake & Raiden deserve it :) |
