Introduction:
You wake up to the sight of scientists prodding you. Black out. Wake up again, and they are forcing you to go through tests designed to see how intelligent you are. Get a bit further in and you are reunited with the piece that you witnessed the scientists taking out of you. I believe it is time for revenge.
In Warp you play as an alien attempting to escape from a science facility, being opposed at every turn by all manner of defences. You have some special powers, however, and you aren't going to die lying down. You make your way through the building solving puzzles, collecting grubs, and getting revenge on the humans at every turn. Warp is a fairly short game, but it is amusing, and the trophies make for a decent amount of playtime, definitely a game that can be appreciated.
Step One:
Play through the game for the first time. On this playthrough, you are going to want to collect every grub, destroy every film canister, and kill every human you encounter. You will also want to unlock each challenge you come across. See Over Exposed and King Grubulon for tips. You should also pick up Stupid Toy and either get, or get as close as possible to both Crossfire and Murder Artist. Don’t worry about the challenges, once they are unlocked you can access them from the main menu.
If you kill every enemy you come across, you should finish off this playthrough with:
Corpse Killer
Stupid Toy
Over Exposed
King Grubulon
Consequences
*Note: If you didn’t manage to get all of these on your first playthrough, don’t worry too much, just make sure you get it on your second playthrough. Personally I switched step one and two, though this way is far easier.
Step Two:
On this playthrough, you are going to want to finish up getting Murder Artist and Crossfire. Do not kill every human you come across, but kill at least half of them. This will get you to unlock Sunlight.
By the end of this playthrough, you should have:
Crossfire
Murder Artist
Sunlight
Step Three:
For your final playthrough, you are going to need to know how to get through every area. You will not be killing any guards. This will be so that you can get In a Rush, which is a speed run trophy, and Cuddles for killing very few enemies. See In a Rush for details and a video walkthrough (coming soon).
By the end of this step, you should have:
In a Rush
Cuddles
Step Four:
Now play through each of the challenges that you unlocked by going through the game. There are 8 challenges that should be unlocked. You only need bronze on each challenge, and they are all fairly easy, except the last one. See Challenged for details and a list of the rooms, as well as a video walkthrough (coming soon).
By the end of this step, you should have:
Challenged
Step Five: - Impossible due to server closure
This step is just to get the trophy Rival. To get this trophy, you will need to beat one of your friend’s times on one of the challenges that they got gold on. See Rival for more information.
By the end of this step, you should have the final trophy:
Rival
