Most Easy way to do this is with the Juggernaut KickBack.
If you combined with the Kickback Endurance booster.
Use your kickback at 1/3 of the way,
It helps a lot to have KickBack Endurance level 3. You wil have plenty of time and the enemies cant kill you, so you can keep on pushing. You will all three get the medal not only the guys who pushes, even when you die.
