You will have an unlimited amount of InstantRocks on Slimy Sewer easy level 2. Make sure you place 42 or more rock blocks before getting the last egg. There are also unlimited InstantRocks in Bubble Barrage easy level 4.

In Forest Falls easy level 2 use the infinite amount of bridges to place at least 32 bridges before finishing the level. You can place them across gaps and off the ladders.

In Creepy Castle normal level three go left and build a bridge so you can drop between the two lower switch blocks. Ignore the one on the left and move the one on the right to the left. Then teleport between the blocks and change to the switch block and try to move each side. Note: This is not how you beat this level.

The Wildcard is available to use in normal levels. You may use it once to skip the current level you are on, but must beat that level without the Wildcard to earn it back to use toward a future normal level in the game. Complete the 7 hard levels in Creepy Castle. The difficulty increases slightly in these levels, with level 7 having the trickiest timing. See the YouTube walkthrough here if you are stuck.

Complete the 12 normal levels in Slimy Sewer. Again, these levels will increase in difficulty a bit more than Creepy Castle. Remember to plan in advance what tools will work best for the situation. Also, watch your timing around the worms. See the YouTube walkthrough here if you are stuck.

Complete the 9 hard levels in Slimy Sewer. These levels seem tough, but often have simple solutions. Remember that the fastest route is not always the solution, and to use the vacuum to change the direction of worms without sucking them in. See the YouTube walkthrough here if you are stuck.

Complete the 12 normal levels in Bubble Barrage. Levels 10-12 are the trickiest. You are under water in these levels and are given a bubble tool to swim. Count your movement out ahead of time and make sure you can get back to where you need to go before using up the bubble. See the YouTube walkthrough here if you are stuck.

Bubble Barrage is the last area of the game. Beat the 6 hard levels in Bubble Barrage. These levels are the hardest in the game. In Forest Falls hard level 7 immediately teleport underneath the broken bridge you start on and then walk to the right under the level. The trophy should pop a second or two after you get to the end.
