Introduction:
The Shoot is a no-frills rail shooter that takes players through five archetypal movie sets; a western, a sci-fi film, a zombie shooter, a mobster movie and an underwater adventure. Each level has four stages and is populated by a wide variety of targets for you to unload a barrage of bullets into. Per usual for the genre, players are rewarded for accuracy, combos and of course, the sheer number of baddies they can dispatch. In this regard, The Shoot should be all too familiar to anyone who has ever played an arcade shooter like Time Crisis.

Roadmap:

Step 1 - Studio 101 + Credits
Start off by doing Studio 101. This is the tutorial level which will teach you the basics of the game and the abilities you will use during the game. After you are done with the credits, go into Options, then Credits. When watching the credits make sure to shoot all the targets.

Step 2 - Career Posters + Show Stoppers + Deleted Scenes + Mic Trophies
Now that you know the basics of the game, start off by doing the career. The career is split up into 5 movies. During this playthrough get all Posters, Show Stoppers, Deleted Scenes and Misc Trophies. Also,you must get a Silver to unlock the next movie.

Step 3 - Career Gold
Now that you have finished the campaign for the first time go back and aim to get Gold in each Level. Getting Gold means getting 2,000,000 points to 3,000,000 points depending on the level. To get to the required points you will need to create a high multiplier. Your multiplier will increase by one each time you shoot someone. If you miss, your multiplier will go down. Also getting headshots on the targets will double the points you would of got before. Check The Natural for the many ways on getting a high score count.

Step 4 - Score Attack
Score attack is like Campaign but they split up each Scene into 4 acts. Meaning instead of doing the whole scene, you will do each act by itself. Also these acts are scored by 5 stars. You get more stars the higher your score is. There are a total of 100 stars. As the same for step 3, getting high scores will mainly depend on getting a high multiplier. Your multiplier will increase each time you shoot someone. If you get shot or miss, your multiplier will go down.

Step 4 - Challenges
To unlock the challenges you must get all the posters in each movie. These challenges are more like mini-games. Look below for details on each challenge related trophy.

Step 5 - Clean-Up
At this point you should have most of the trophies. If not, go back. The only trophy you may not have is The trigger happy one which is shooting a total of 10,000 targets. But you should be able to get that once you reach this step.

Achieve Gold in all Movies 

You will need to get Gold in all 5 movies. Here are the requirements for each movie.

Outlawed: 2,000,000
Robotomus Crime: 2,500,000
The Mob: 2,000,000
Deep Perils: 2,500,000
Haunted House Party: 3,000,000

To get Gold, I suggest you take the following things into consideration:

  • High Multiplier
    • A Multiplier is basically your "Kill Streak", the more you shoot the higher it goes. If you get shot then it will go down quite a bit
  • Headshots
    • Headshots are key to getting a lot of points as you will it will double the points you would of got.
  • Don't Miss
    • Try not to miss, as if you do, you will lose some of your multiplier. You will lose around 10 depending on how big your multiplier is.
  • Use Show Times Well
    • Show Times are your special abilities you can use. To get Show Times, you need to have a high streak. The higher your streak the better Show Time you get.
    • I suggest not using the first Show Time as some times it won't recognize you doing the show time and instead count it as a miss.
  • Use Show Stoppers
    • Show Stoppers, are special things you do in the scene.

There are a total of 100 stars to get. In Score attack they split up the movies into each scene. Giving 5 stars for each scene. Take the following into consideration to get 5 stars.

  • High Multiplier

Spinball Wizard
Reach round 30 in Robotsphere 

This trophy was probably one of the hardest trophies in the game. You will need a fast hand and patience as you will probably have to retry this many times. Practice a lot for this trophy as you will need to. How this game works is that there will be cores or spheres. Spheres will have targets on it. When you hold down the Move Button and when you swing your move controller the core sill spin. If you want the core to stop spinning, press the move button and keep the controller still. You want to shoot all the targets in each round. There are three round types that you will need to have to challenge. Here are the three challenges:

The Sequence Round: Shoot the targets on the core in order from one.
The Match Round: Match the targets with the same symbol
The Countdown Round: Shoot the targets before they disappear.

After you reach round 30 you will feel like you just accomplished something so big. But Good Luck on this trophy.

Home Run
Score 5 home runs in a single round of Deep Strike 

Firstly, this is like baseball, To get 5 home runs you will need a perfect round. Score a home run for every pitch in one round. There are only 5 pitches in a round so if you don't get a home run, then you will have to wait till the next round to get the trophy.

What a Sharpshooter!
Shoot 6 bullseyes with 6 bullets in Ricochet Hotshot 

This can be pretty tough. Firstly to get a bullseye you must must shoot in the middle of the target. Also to make it more tough you got to do this in a row. Only tip would be trying this at the beginning of the challenge as it is easier at the start.

99 Green Balloons
Shoot down 99 war-balloons in City Siege 

In City Siege you will encounter war balloons. Just shoot a total of 99. Luckily it' cumulative so just shoot a total of 99 in City Siege for the trophy. You should get this when trying to get City Saviour.

City Saviour
Score over 50,000 points in City Siege 

This can be pretty tough to get. It's best to practice with this quite a bit. The easiest way I thought to get the highest score possible was to destroy as many tanks in a row without missing as you will get more points this way as it builds up your multiplier. Higher the multiplier the more points you will get with each shot.

Jive Turkey
Get 3 strikes in a row in Graveyard Alley 

To get a strike, you must have all pins fall down. Also you must get the strikes in a row. It's best to aim down the center of the lane. It's best to get the strikes near the start of the challenge as there are fewer obstacles.

2 Skeletons, 1 Ball
Destroy 2 skeletons with 1 ball in Graveyard Alley 

During Round 5 and 7 you will see two skeletons come on the alley. Just destroy both by hitting them with one ball.

Getting a Foot in the Door
Complete Studio 101 

This is the Tutorial. You will have to do this so this is impossible to miss.

Buddy Movie
Complete 4 scenes of any movie in 2 player Score Attack 

This is the only Trophy which requires 2 Move Controllers. Just go into Score Attack and play 4 scenes of which ever movie you desire.

Dead Eye
Reach a multiplier of 99 (1) 

This trophy can be pretty tough to earn, you will need to earn a streak of 99. There is an easy way to get this.

If you go in the credits and shoot all targets without missing, you can get this.

Off the Cutting Room Floor
Find and complete all deleted scenes in every movie 


Deleted scenes are extra parts in every movie. These are usually activated if you shoot TNT, gas cylinder or something that has a yellow out line which isn't a show stopper. Also you must complete the deleted scene which means you must kill all the enemies during the deleted scene. There are a total of 15, with 3 in each movie.

iBot
Shoot every spy-bot and eye-bot in scene 2 of Robotomus Crime 

During scene 2 there will be glowing spy-bots and eye-bots on the wall. It's best during scene 1 to build up your show times by having a high streak as the bots are very small can be easily missed.

Stand Your Ground
Shoot all rockets fired at you on the subway roof in scene 2 of Robotomus Crime 

Just shoot all rockets fired at you when you are on the subway roof. It is best to build up your show times by having a high streak as the rockets will come to you fast.

Worst. Date. Ever.
In a single play through, shoot the Prom Queen in each scene of Haunted House Party 

Each scene in the Haunted House Party Movie, will include the Prom Queen. Shoot her in each scene to earn this trophy. Also make sure to complete the movie for the trophy to pop. Here is her location in each scene.

Scene 1: Right at the end, you can see her at the back of the graveyard in a well.
Scene 2: When the bats fly out of the door that breaks open. The Prom Queen will laugh and fly out into the sky
Scene 3: Right at the start, she will throw a pumpkin at you. Make sure to shoot her before she moves out of sight.
Scene 4: The Prom Queen is in the open so hard to miss.

Experimental Shooter!
Find all Show Stoppers 

Show Stoppers are special events in each scene. A show stopper will give you the majority of points for Gold or 5 stars. There are a total of 30 show stoppers. When getting a show stopper, it's best to have a high multiplier as you will get 10,000 points for doing a show stopper plus your multiplier. Meaning if you have a 20x Multiplier then you will get 200,000 points.

Everyone's Got a Price
Shoot 5 bags of cash in scene 2 of Outlawed 

At the very start of scene 2. There will outlaws on horses moving from side to side. They will be holding a bag of cash to their side. Just shoot 5 bags and you will get the trophy. There are many bags of cash during the beginning of the scene.

Just Rewards
Shoot all targets during the credits 

Go into Options then click Credits. Just shoot all targets for this trophy.

Gloves of Steel
Punch 20 targets 

To punch a target you must swing your move controller forward. It's best to do this on enemies who come up close to you.

Screen Sensation
Become a Screen Legend 

This and The Natural are very similar. To become a screen legend you will need to get a total of 12,000,000 points in total of the 5 movies. This means combine all of your movie points together. By getting Gold in all missions you will get a total of 12,000,000 points. So just worry about Gold and you will get this with The Natural.

Unmasked
Achieve 10 headshots in The Mob 

Very easy to earn. I got this without even trying. During all 4 scenes just get 10 headshots. You can get this very early in scene one.

Blow-out!
Shoot 5 car tyres in The Mob 

During scene 3, you will see some cars. Some may be driven while some are stationary. After you shoot 5 car tyres you will get this trophy.

Treasure Hunter
Shoot 30 treasure chests in Deep Perils 

There are many treasure chests during Deep Perils. They will have a shine over them so finding them isn't that hard.

Jelly Shot
Shoot 5 Jellyfish in Deep Perils 

Jellyfish usually like to stay as far from you as possible. There are many to shoot, so just shoot 5 of them for the trophy.

 
Secret Trophies
 
Ballerina
Activate Showtime 5 times on any Scene 

Just use Showtime 5 times in any scene. It's best to build up as many showtimes during scene 1 then during scene 2; use 5 to earn this trophy.

Sewer Shot
Hit the manhole in The Mob scene 3 

During scene 3, you will see a manhole, being shot in the air. To shoot it easily use your showtimes as they will help you shoot the manhole when it's in the air.

Shoot your first target 

You will get this during the tutorial.

Livin' on a Prayer!
Shoot 5000 targets 

You will shoot 5000 targets through the progression of all of the trophies.

The trigger happy one
Shoot 10000 targets 

This you should also get at the end of the roadmap, but if you don't then play through your favorite scene or the scene you know you can shoot the targets. This shouldn't be a big grind as you should have plenty of targets shot by the time you finish most trophies.

Shoot each letter of the Shoot logo
