part of this achievement involves stopping the machine bikes destroying the bus towards the end which is ridiculous on hard! |

For the train, shoot where the enemies going to be, not where they are. Like Space Invaders.
For the bus, be careful with your shots, your hits damage it MUCH more than enemy fire. When the bike section of the bus part starts, use the same tactic as the train, shoot a bit ahead of those annoying bikes. |

I agree with #5 avoid hitting your own bus with slow but careful shot and you will be fine. Got through without any restarts my first time using BigSes advice. |
