Walkthrough

Step 1: Getting to level 57

Start a game on normal and get to level 57. You do not need to make it to level 57 in one run. Once you get to level 21 and then level 41, you can start a new game from those levels. Ideally you're aiming to make it to level 57 on your first few attempts as the game is fairly easy, however you may find yourself needing more than a few tries.

If you are having a hard time with normal difficulty, or want to get the trophy out of the way quickly, you can play the game on easy and still unlock all the trophies in this step. I personally suggest playing on Normal difficulty (or even Hard if you're finding the game too easy) because you will be spending a lot of time farming for rare and legendary flowers on level 41, and the higher difficulties apparently yield rarer flowers. (I found all five of my Legendary flowers after the level 41 bonus stage and had no luck on easy difficulty).

Playing until level 57 should unlock the following trophies:

- Too Hot
- Cumulo Nimbus
- Sorcerer's apprentice
- Full slots
- Pretty Bouquet (May not unlock until step 2, depends on luck of the drop)
- Composition (May not unlock until step 2, depends on luck of the drop)
- Vivaldi
- Unstoppable!

Step 2: Getting all flowers and the five legendary flowers

Head to level 41 and work your way to a bonus stage (more info on how to do this under the "Connaisseur" trophy description). Keep playing until you unlock all the flowers, during which further cumulative based trophies should also unlock.

After this step you should have the following trophies:

- Irredeemable (Possibly glitched and may require more than 100)
- Happy Noah
- Zeus is angry !
- Hanabi Festival
- Connaisseur

Step 3: Clean up, sending flowers via Near and crossbreeding

Go to your garden and breed a few flowers and send some through near. Then if necessary, work towards any trophies you have not yet unlocked. If you're still missing common flowers use this step to breed. Tips on that under the "Hanabi Festival" trophy.

After this step you will unlock the following trophies:

- My First Gift
- My First Crossbreed

15 trophies ( 13  )

  • 10 flowers sunburnt

    Please refer to "Irredeemable".

  • 100 flowers sunburnt

    Potentially glitched

Hit a flower with the sun's rays directly 100 times to unlock this trophy. Simply tap the screen to drop rays on the flowers. As long as the sun's rays do not go through a cloud (white or black) the flower will get sun burnt. A black cloud's lightning bolt will not count. This is a cumulative trophy and does not need to be done in the course of one game. It may seem like you have burnt more than 100 flowers before the trophy pops, but do not panic - it will unlock while farming the legendary flowers and completing your garden.

  • 1000 rain drops have fallen

    Please refer to "Happy Noah".

  • 10000 rain drops have fallen

Have the sun's rays pass through a white cloud 1000 times. Simply tap the screen to drop the sun's rays while a white cloud is passing underneath it. This will turn the rays into rain drops and water the flowers. Have 10000 drops fall and you will unlock this trophy. This is a cumulative trophy and does not need to be done in the course of one game, you will most likely earn this while farming the legendary flowers and completing your garden.

  • Storms raged 10 times

Please refer to "Zeus is angry !".

  • Storm raged 1000 times

Have the sun's rays pass through a black cloud 1000 times. Simply tap the screen to drop the sun's rays while a black cloud is passing underneath it. This will turn the rays into lightning bolts and burn the flowers. Have 1000 lightning bolts fall and you will unlock this trophy.

Although this is a cumulative trophy and does not need to be done in the course of one game there does seem to be an issue with the counter being reset if you quit the game and switch the Vita off. To avoid any issues here are some tips to help you achieve this trophy (thanks to langedougie for these tips):

I can also confirm that the method works:
    - Don't close down the game while playing (but you can do other things with your vita as long as this game is still running) it took me less than 2h
    - You CAN hit the same flower multiple times for this trophy as long as you water it in between the burn
    - One storm rage must hit a flower or seed to count (I have counted them all to get this method perfect explained for others)
    - You don't have to farm this with the starting flower, you can normally play the game and hit multiple flowers with one thunder cloud. I think this is faster than reloading the first flower over and over. just remember to water the flower between a thunder strike to avoid life loss
Extra Tip: the tropical garden, at level 2 (and in later levels), fountains come out of the ground. You can use this to boost faster. According to my counting, hitting a fountain also count as hitting a flower, so you can hit thunder clouds very fast here without having to worry about killing flowers

  • One or more flowers have been sent to a friend for the first time

WARNING! Do not send any flower that you have only one of. You will lose that flower and have to unlock it again.

After unlocking flowers playing the regular game go to 'My Garden' (the green shovel icon on the home screen). Tap the 'VISIT GARDEN !' button, then the pink basket icon in the upper right of the screen. Drag a flower to a flower pot then click one of the two buttons. A warning will appear and once you tap yes the trophy should pop.

  • A new flower has been converted for the first time with Labee the bee

WARNING! Do not crossbreed any flower that you have only one of. You will lose that flower and have to unlock it again.

After unlocking flowers playing the regular game go to 'My Garden' (the green shovel icon on the home screen). Tap the 'VISIT GARDEN !' button, then the green bee icon in the middle of the screen. Add two flowers (does not matter what combination) and tap the 'CONVERT TO NEW FLOWER' button. The trophy will pop shortly after.

  • Every slot on the screen is full

There are seven slots on the bottom of the screen for flowers to grow. You need a flower (or even a seed) in each of the slots. You will most likely get this naturally but if you are having trouble follow this strategy: With one slot empty get two flowers fully grown next to each other. Position the sun so its light is directly between the 2 flowers. Once multiple clouds are in the light, quickly tap the screen 3 times and large rain drops will split each flower. If done correctly, 2 seeds will bounce right, 2 seeds will bounce left, and the 3 vacant slots will be filled.

  • At least one flower from each species have been unlocked

You will need to unlock one of each of the sixteen flower species for this trophy. You will get this during your attempts to get to level 57. Please refer to "Hanabi Festival" for more information.

  • At least three flowers from each species have been unlocked

You will need to unlock three of each of the sixteen flower species for this trophy. You will get this during your attempts to get to level 57. Please refer to "Hanabi Festival" for more information.

  • Every common flower has been unlocked

You will need to unlock all 165 flowers in your garden for this trophy. All these flowers are considered common, even though some are rarer than others, 1 star being the most common and 5 stars being the hardest to obtain. You can keep track of your progress by tapping the green shovel on the main screen. You can check which flowers you need once inside your garden, just swipe the screen left and right to see your collection.

There are sixteen different types of common flowers to unlock:

    • Tulip
    • Dandelion
    • Daisy
    • Lily
    • Sunflower
    • Bellflower
    • Rose
    • Poppy
    • Arum Lily
    • Carnation
    • Orchid
    • Chrysanthemum
    • Snowdrop
    • Edelweiss
    • Pansy
    • Geranium

Each species of flower comes in the following colors: Red, blue, yellow, orange, pink, purple, white, black, silver, and gold. Black flowers are always 3 star rarity, silver flowers are always 4 star rarity and gold flowers are always 5 star rarity. Listed below are the three ways to unlock flowers.

    1) Playing the game normally:

This is how you will unlock most, if not all of your flowers. Every time you water a flower until it fully grows, it will go into your garden. Each time you grow a flower you do not have in your garden the game will notify you on the bottom right of the screen that you unlocked a new flower. Playing on harder difficulties will unlock some of the 'rarer' common flowers.

    2) Crossbreed in your garden:

WARNING! Do not crossbreed a flower that you have only one of. This will cause you to lose the flower and you'll have to unlock it again. Crossbreeding is a fast way to fill in any holes in your collection. I recommend using crossbreeding after you unlock all the 1, 2 and 3 star flowers. Keep crossbreeding 3 star flowers, they will always yield a 4 star flower. Once you have all the 4 star flowers start crossbreeding them, as they always yield 5 star flowers.

    3) Through near:

People can send you flowers through near.

  • All of the five legendary flowers have been unlocked

You will need to unlock all 5 legendary flowers for this trophy. Legendary flowers can only be found on the bonus stages. Bonus stages can be played after you fill up the bonus stage meter (found on the bottom left of the screen) to the top. Filling the bonus stage meter can be done by getting combos from having seeds bounce either left or right on other flowers, once you have had enough combos (or bounces) the bonus stage will open. While on the bonus stage you will play as the moon dropping moon beams directly on the flowers. If you lose or damage even one flower the bonus stage will end. Play the game normally during the bonus stage but try to keep as many slots open as possible. Watch the bottom of the screen for any seed that looks different and make sure you get those flowers to grow as they are fairly rare.

The fastest way to farm for legendary flowers is the bonus stage after level 41. Start a normal game on level 41 and play until you access the bonus stage. If you complete the stage without getting a legendary flower, or you damage/lose a flower, lose on purpose and restart. Keep doing this until you have all 5. Once you have all 5 in your garden the trophy will pop.

    The 5 legendary flowers are:

    • Udumbara
    • Kadupul
    • Mandrake
    • Parrot Flower
    • Bleeding Heart

Below is some additional information on crossbreeding posted by Dalez (Thank you for the information!):

    1. Legendary flowers can also be cross-bred, and
    2. A flower's rarity will never decrease when bred, even when combined with a lowly 1-star flower.

What this means is that you can effectively use your common 1-star plants to convert "doubles" of your rare plants into different plants of the same rarity. Example: You have 2 Parrot Flowers, you can combine one of them with any plant, even a 1-star plant, to make a different flower of the same rarity (in this case, legendary) that you might not have yet (and if you do, just repeat the process). This also works well for collecting 4-star and 5-star plants that are hard to find normally. Again just make sure you only do it with plants you have at least one extra of.

And Fatty_Fatness provides this tip for what you can do when you find a legendary, gold or silver flower.

When one of these rare flowers is added to your garden, you will see the number of new flowers found (in red) over the garden icon in the game over screen. DO NOT press the garden or main menu icons... instead, if you press replay, you will go back to the game and play as normal. You can die and keep repeating, and the number of "new" flowers will remain (if you don't find any new flowers in the replay) or it will increase by the number of new flowers you do find.

The game will think that any new flowers that you haven't already seen in the garden were obtained in the last game you played, which means every replay will add those same new flowers to your garden.

  • Level 5 reached: four seasons have passed by

Reach level 5. Please refer to "Unstoppable" for more information.

  • Level 57 reached: fourteen years have passed by

Reach level 57. By getting points you will advance in level. Keep playing until you hit level 57. If you're having trouble play on easy and keep in mind as long as you can get to level 21 you can start from there if you mess up. Same for level 41. The game is fairly easy and once you have the timing down should be able to get this trophy in about 30 minutes from level 1. Play safe, go slow, watch out for black clouds, and practice your timing and you'll have the hang of it in no time at all.
