I found the best place for this trophie is phase 7 where the ennemies keep respawning at some point. its the point where u have to impale an ennemie on one of those things u have to hit with a hammer. just keep killing ennemies till u hear the DING :) also this is a great spot for the other ones like the 150 Splatterkills and 100 Splatter Smash and 150 arm kills and 50 head kills :)
