cumulative. There is a counter in the trophies section of the menu that you can use to keep track. |

Also, got 60k in 1-2, with all add-ons and with a second controller netting about 8 gold coins near the end. Very difficult to die during this. |

Ignore my last comment, as that's exactly what the guide mentions ... For some reason, I thought it was talking about a later, more difficult, area. |

On Jungle Approach: Zone 1, after you have smashed the head's teeth exit, kill the baddies near the well, baddies near the end and go up, activate switch to hatch, more baddies come out, then re-enter head and out again, these 3 groups will respawn. |
