There should be no trophies dependent on the quality of your online opponents. In this case the developer is asking for the following: "play against opponents that are so far below your skill level that you can easily wipe the floor with them." The challenge is essentially to find significantly weaker opponents. How fun for the victims this must be. I had to search for free roam sessions with only low level players, start a match, and hope no high level player showed up for three matches. The key is that when playing with low level players you have to let them get in a few kills so they do not get frustrated and abort.
