You can takes multiple runs at a mission, doing the first run for time and the second for accuracy and headshots. |

it has to be a combat mission which culculates the accuracy percentage!
i did "political realities in armadillo" with 6 headshots using dead eye and under 2:30 time and it popped up! |

The quickest way for me was mission "Pestilence"
My data:
Time: 0:46 (seconds of course ;)
Accuracy: 81%
Trophy popped :) |
