pause the game go to options change your targetting mode to expert exit pause shoot an enemy in the head and there u go a trophy |

EASY WAY:
use regular controls, lasso a victim and hogtie them, then change the controls and headshot without any problems.

I don't have this yet but i've still played with expert aiming thru out the entire ONLINE portion of the game. Is it so that this trophy can't be acheived in the online portion of the game? |
