Congratulations! You earn this when you earn every other trophy in the game.

There's a mission in the story called "Lucky in Love" where you play a game of poker. The buy in is big enough so that if you go all in and someone calls you the pot will be big enough to get the trophy. I highly recommend you attempt to get the trophy here. If you lose then you can always restart the mission. You need to go all in in the very beginning. You have 2 hands to get it so go all in both times. Normally they will call the second hand. The point of the game is to take your opponent's die by calling a bluff or making them incorrectly call you on a bluff. Liar's Dice can be found in many saloons throughout the game but the first one where you can play it is in Theif's Landing.

Go in the saloon and play the game. Try to go in and play when there's only one other player at the table. This will make it easier for you as you won't need to eliminate as many opponents. Bet the lowest amount you can bet as it will make the skill level of the other player significantly lower. There isn't much of a strategy you can go by to play this game as this game has a lot of luck involved. You need to guess how many of a certain number die is on the table total, not just what you think he has. Once you guess he can either call you out on a bluff or he could believe you. If he calls you out and you are in fact bluffing you lose a one of your die so don't make outrageous guesses. You can play at safe and guess smaller numbers as it will increase your chances of getting a correct guess. Don't call him out on a bluff on smaller numbers only numbers that you know seem hard to get such as 4 5's or something along those lines. As the game winds down and he loses more die it will be easier for you. Keep trying and in a few games you should have the trophy. Below of a video showing how it should be done. This is another trophy that requires some luck and patience. Horseshoes can be found in towns and small settlements throughout the world but the easiest one to get to is the one on the MacFarlane Farm. The Horseshoe pit will be located behind your house on the farm. Bet the lowest amount you can so that it will be easier for you. Use to zoom in and make sure that your middle finger is lined up exactly on the post. Now is where you will need a little luck. Move the so that you can get power behind your throw. Move it all the way down and quickly move the back up. Release the horseshoe at the middle line. If you timed it all right and you aimed correctly you should at least hit the post. For these hideout trophies you need to take down each hideout in Single Player. Online will not count for these trophies. The hideouts are heavily fortified areas that are filled to the brim with bandits trying to defend their turf. Each hideout is different but the same type of directions apply. You will need to take out all of the bandits and some other secondary objective unique to each hideout. Below is the requirements for the hideouts as well as a map.

There are 7 total saloons throughout the world. You will need to have West Elizabeth unlocked to get this trophy as the final saloon is located there. Once you enter a saloon make sure you have your fists out by checking your weapon radial, then punch someone in the saloon by locking on with and punching with . Block his punches with and quickly counter him with punches of your own. After you land a combo of punches try to tackle him to the ground by pushing . This will make it easier as you get to take free hits on him. Continue to punch him until he's knocked out. Be ready for a fight though as the people in the saloon won't like your behavior. The only hard part about this trophy is finding the horses. The horses are always in the same general area but they made sometimes be hard to see or not even out at all depending on the time of day. If you look on your map there will also be a horse icon around the same area. If you ride around the following aread however you will eventually see the horses.

Kentucky Saddler - McFarlane's Ranch in New Austin. The horse is a brown, black, or chestnut, often with white face and leg markings.

American Standerdbred - Beecher's Hope in West Elizabeth. The horse is all black so I suggest you avoid trying to find it at night.

Hungarian Half-Bred - Between Escalera and Punta Orugullo in Mexico. The horse is all white except for its face which is black.

Before you attempt to get this trophy you will need two things. The ability to capture bounties and a lasso. You will get the ability to capture bounties after the mission "Political Realities in Armadillo." You will unlock the lasso after the mission "Wild Horses, Tamed Passions." With these two requirements met you will be ready to get this trophy.

In every major town and some small settlements you will find bounties. These are represented by the skull on your mini map. Go to the marker and read the wanted poster. Once you accept the bounty red markers will appear on your map that will take you directly to the criminal you are trying to capture. I suggest you shoot the bounties fellow outlaws first to make it easier on yourself. Now it should be you, your horse and the target. You can either shoot the target in the leg to stun him while you hogtie him or you could simply lasso him. To hogtie him get near him when he's either on the ground or he's already in your lasso and push . Once he's hogtied pick him up and place him on the back of your horse. Then ride to the nearest jail and put him behind bars. Your trophy will appear soon after. Below is a video of what it should look like. Thanks leadexample for the video.

There are 5 rare weapons in the game but you only need to purchase one for this trophy. Below are the locations of the rare weapons.

Bears are found in the area called Tall Trees. This area is in West Elizabeth so you will need to have that area unlocked to get this trophy. Bears are a dangerous foe and not to mention a pain in the butt to find. When you do find a bear however simply shoot it until it dies. I suggest either being on your horse and moving constantly or using Dead Eye as bears will bring down your health to blinking red in one hit. Once the bear is dead skin it by going up to it and pushing . Repeat this 17 more times and you will net yourself a trophy.

The Elegant Suit can be purchased at Theive's Landing. The tailor you buy it from is only open during the day so if it's late in the evening you can either wait it out or go rest up as it advances time by 6 hours. The suit will cost you about $70.

You can earn money a number of different ways in Red Dead Redemption. The easiest by far however is Five Finger Fillet. To play the game go to a town and go to the hand icon on your map. If you have quick reflexes this should be no problem. Keep putting the bet as high as it can go and you will win practically every time. The patterns don't change once you reach the max bet of $100 so memorization will help a lot. If you memorize the $100 pattern and you have quick reflexes you should be able to make $10,000 in a couple of minutes.

The ambient challenges can be viewed in your journal. Go into your journal on the start screen and then click on challenges. There are 10 levels to each challenge. Complete any challenge all the way up to level 10 and you will get the trophy. Below I have a link to a challenge guide that I made also a list of challenges are as follows:

First off you need to change your targeting settings to expert. To do this press and go to options. From options go to config and from there change your targeting settings to expert. Now just get a headshot on an enemy whatever way possible. The easiest way would be to use Dead Eye but you don't have to. This is one of the easiest trophies in the game.

You get Fame and Honor in just about everything you do. It goes up when missions are completed and when side missions are completed. Your Fame will can only go up so it doesn't matter if you choose the good way or bad way your Fame rank will go up. Your Honor rank on the other hand is effected by your decisions. Missions will bring this rank up or down depending on the way you went about the mission. For instance if someone asks you to get them a deed to a house you will have two choices. Pay for it or take it. If you pay for it your Honor rank will go up and if you take it it will go down. Be consistent with your choices and you will get this trophy in no time. If you switch between good and bad then you will need to do a few extra side missions to get your Honor rank to where it needs to be.

This is a relatively easy trophy. You get a medal awarded to you after each mission that's based off of your performance during the mission. For combat missions it takes into account the amount of time it took you, the amount of head shots you had and your accuracy. For this trophy I suggest you put your targeting skill at casual. To do this go to Options, then Config and then it's the first one. You can do this on any combat mission so go to Stats, Missions and then pick the mission you would like to do. You can tell it's a combat mission because it will say your best accuracy, head shots and time on the mission.

There are a total of 94 locations throught the world. You can eitehr travel to the locations yourself you you can buy maps at stores in the area. Maps are cheap and they are an easy way to uncover the locations. They also don't require you to travel to each location. However if you want to rid to each place to uncover it yourself below will be a map showing you exactly where all of them are. Below is a link to a map of every location in the game.

You can get pardon letters from multiple places throughout the game. Everytime you defeat a gang hideout you get a pardon letter from the local sheriff. You can also get them through numerous amounts of story missions throughout the game. The bounty is the hard part to get. $5000 is a lot of bounty to rack up. I suggest go to a town like Blackwater and enter the saloon. Go upstairs and hide behind the railing and rain down lead on everyone in sight. This should get your bounty up fast. People will continue to come to try and kill you but you should be safe. Get a few medicine packs before trying this. If people stop coming get on your horse and do this in the next town you see. Keep doing this until you get a bounty of $5000. Once you get the bounty ride your horse to the telemarketing stations. They are represented by telephone poles on your mini map. Once there talk to the man behind the desk to pay off your bounty. Make sure to use your pardon letter and you will get the trophy. Below is a video showing a good strategy to get the $5000 bounty. You need to get 500 kills with mounted weapon such as the Gatling Gun or Cannon in online or offline. The trophies are not cumulative so you will need to get the trophy you will need to have either 500 offline or 500 online not 500 between them. The best place for this is El Presidio in Mexico. On your map to the left of the words El Presidio you will see a cannon icon. Go there. It's a jail but it's more like a fortress with the amount of cannons on it. When you get there get in trouble with the law in some way and have the lawmen come after you. Get on one of the cannons that overlook the main roads into the fort and shoot any that come to you. Once you get your 500th kill with a mounted weapon you will receive the trophy.

This one is pretty self explanatory. Any pistols or revolvers in the game count towards this trophy. Both offline and online kills count towards the trophy but they are not cumulative. All 500 must be earned either online or offline. I suggest you get them offline as you should have most of the kills by the end of the game if not all of them. If you still need some then go to the bandit hideouts and clear them out a couple of times to get the kills you need. I wouldn't worry about this trophy until you've completed the game because you should have most if not all of the kills by then.

This is just like the last one just with a different weapon type. Any rifles, repeaters or shotguns in the game count towards this trophy. Both offline or online kills count towards the trophy because remember they aren't cumulative. I wouldn't worry about this trophy until you've completed the game because you should have most if not all of the kills by then.

This trophy will come with time. You will have a lot of headshots by the time you complete the game so I wouldn't even worry about this trophy until after you complete the story. If you do not have it by the end you can replay missions to get more headshots. Getting headshots online also counts towards the trophy though I think it's harder to get them that way. You can check your progress towards this trophy in the stats screen. Accumulate 250 headshots and you will get the trophy.

Join a Public Free Roam game and take a look on the map. The Hideouts are marked as bandit heads on your map. You will need to beat all of the Hideouts in one sitting in the same Free Roam lobby. You can do them by yourself or with your posse it doesn't matter as long as they are completed. Once you've beaten your last Hideout the trophy will unlock.

Join a multiplayer Free Roam session and get the people in the session to help you with hideouts. Hideouts are located on the map with a bandit head. You get an assist by weakening a bandit and having someone else kill him with the next shot. Shoot at bandits but leave one shot left on them so that your buddies can finish off the kill and get you assists. Get 10 in one hideout and you will get the trophy. This trophy isn't hard but it will take a couple minutes of riding to get. Wait until sunrise and make sure you're in Blackwater. From there hop on your horse and go to your map so you can set a waypoint to Escalera. Once it's set simply follow the road it takes you on. Use your horses stamina, don't take it as a leisurely ride. If you try to move fast you will make it with time to spare.

Join a multiplayer Free Roam session and invite the people there into your posse. To invite them push and the to go the the players screen. Then hover over their names and click invite to posse. The posse must consist of 8 members including yourself. They need to be in the same session because when someone leaves the session they leave your posse also. You should enter the room and invite everyone. Wait a minute or 2 until some of the people accept your invite. Then join a new Free Roam room and your posse will come also. Then invite everyone you can in that room. Wait for a few more people to enter your posse and continue to repeat the process until you get 8 people in your posse. The first thing you need to do is join a Free for All game. To do this go into the multiplayer menu and go into "join public session." From there push and go down to Free for All. Enter the game and win three times in a row.

There are two different game types in FFA and they are Gold Rush and Shootout

Gold Rush - In this game type you will need to capture bags of gold and bring them to chests scattered throughout the map. Kills don't matter in this game type so try to focus on the gold and not kills. God for the gold closest to you as soon as you spawn. You want to get the lead early. To pick up a bag press when overtop of it. When the bag is in your hand run it to the nearest chest to you. When you have a bag in your hand the chests will be an orange dot on your map. You can pick up multiple bags at one time but remember you are more vunerable as you run slower. Get the most bags by the end of the game and you will win.

Shootout - This is your standard FFA Deathmatch. The key to this game is knowing where the weapon spawns are. It's doesn't matter if you are an amazing shooter, if you are out gunned you will most likely die. Pistols are better if you have a quick trigger finger as you can kill a person in about a round depending on the pistol. If your trigger finger isn't so great use a longer range, more accurate rifle and try to go for headshots either way will net you a lot of kills. Have the most kills by the end of the game and you will win.

The mode "Standoff" does NOT count towards the trophy.

The highest level is 50. The total amount of XP required to reach level 50 is 337,110. This experience can be gotten in any multiplayer game mode so play the one that is best for you. The fastest one however by far is the gang hideout Solomon's Folly. You can get around 2,000 XP every 2 minutes if you do it by yourself making it a really good place to grind for XP.

To start this trophy enter a public multiplayer lobby. Then press and go down to the Gang Matches section. Here you will need to win four straight matches. This can be tough considering not only you need to do good but your team does also. The following are the game types that you will play.

Gang Shootout - This is your Team Deathmatch style game. The team that stays together will win the match. A group of three guys can take down an enemy in seconds so if you have your team stay together and use teamwork you will win with ease. The team with the most kills by the end of the game wins.

Hold Your Own - It's a Capture the Flag style game. Each team has a side and a bag of gold. your goal is to steal the gold from your opponent and bring it back to your side. Have you ever heard that saying "offense is the best defense?" Yea well use that concept here. The bases are not far apart on any map so you need to run across the battlefield with your team and take the bag of gold as a group. There's a good chance that there's going to be at least one guy waiting back protecting the bag. He should be no match for your team if you're together. The team with the most bag captures at the end wins.

Grab the Bag - It's like Hold Your Own except this time there's one bag and it's placed in the middle of the map. This game type is all out chaos. Since the bag is the only thing you need to grab it's a constant fight over control of the bag spawning area. Once again teamwork really works in this game so use it to your advantage. The team with the most bag captures by the end of the game wins.

First join an online Free Roam session. Second go around kill law enforcers and innocent civilians until you've accumulated $1000 in bounty at which point you become a Public Enemy. The other players in the session will be notified that you are now a Public Enemy and they can come after you. You must survive for 10 minutes and then escape. I suggest you boost this trophy or otherwise you will need to get lucky and hope the players in the session don't come after you. This is a viral trophy meaning that if you kill someone that has this trophy you will get the trophy yourself. Eventually the trophy will be so common that anyone you kill will give you the trophy. Continue to kill people online and hope you get lucky.

This one is a little tough because in Advanced Co-Op missions you can't auto aim and you take more damage per hit. The easiest place to get this trophy is in the missions "The Herd." Right at the start you overlook the valley filled with the cattle rustlers that are stealing cattle. This is the perfect vantage point for you to do some sniping. Use the Marksman class, aim down at the enemy camp and fire away. To get a kill chain you'll need to get kills quickly. If you wait too long between kills your chain will go away and you will need to start back at one. There aren't as many enemies in this part of the level as in other parts but you will be safe from up your vantage point at the top of the cliffside and you have a sniper so not much can go wrong.

Another good spot is at the beginning of the mission "Kidnapped Girl." Use your Marksman class and snipe at the very beginning of the mission. There is a lot of enemies hiding on top of the wall as well as down low occupying machine guns making them easy targets. If you don't get it before you explode the fort door open however another good sniping spot is right outside the main door that you just exploded. There's enough guys there to get you the trophy also. Below is a video showing the first spot I talked about. Thanks leadexample for the video.

This trophy can be earn at anytime, when you pass or if you already passed into legend. This trophy is retroactive, so if you already reached level 50 and passed into legend, you will still be able to get it. As soon as you buy the DLC and pop in the game and head in to an online free roam the trophy will pop.

For "Legendary," ONLY IF YOU ARE ALREADY RANK 50 AND DO NOT WANT TO PASS INTO LEGEND: copy the Multiplayer save file to a USB flash drive, then go into MP, then go to LAN, and pass to Legend there. The trophy CAN unlock in LAN. Once you get the trophy, quit the game, and copy back your old Multiplayer save file back and you will be at level 50 again. (Thanks Yazter)

Note: If you have the Undead Nightmare disc, you have to get Master Exploder in the Undead Nightmare campaign. So the challenges are slightly different. Thanks SylarTheNinja for the info.  

This is just like an ambient challenge. It can be viewed in your Journal. Go into your Journal in the Start screen and then click on Challenges. There are 5 levels for the Explosive Rifle Challenge and you start them by buying the Rifle from Blackwater from the Gunsmith.

Explosive Rifle RANK 1
The prices for the Rifle will differ depending on what Treasure hunting Challenges you have completed and how high you Honor is. For Rank 1 buy the Rifle from the Gunsmith at Blackwater for:

Good Guy --- 5,000
Neutral --- 10,000
Bad Guy --- 15,000

Explosive Rifle RANK 2.
Kill five enemies who are covering with the Explosive Rifle. Go to Gaptooth Ridge hideout and shoot any enemies you see using cover, it doesn't have to be one after the other. You can miss three times in a row and still get the Rank up. If you are still missing some enemies the Gold Mine has more than enough people in cover.

Explosive Rifle RANK 3.
Get three kills with 1 shot with the Explosive Rifle. The best way to get this Rank is to Hogtie 3 enemies and carry them over to each other in a circle and shoot them all at once with your explosive rifle.

"Alternatively, go to Tumbleweed Hideout. Kill all bandits in the town but one. Mount your horse, kill the last bandit and hurry to the mansion. Take cover behind the stone fence, wait for the first bandit to open the door and then shoot. This is how I unlocked it." Thanks Simonp92

Explosive Rifle RANK 4.
Kill 2 wild animals with 1 shot. This is pretty easy, use some bait in the outskirts of Armadillo, head over to Tall Trees or anywhere you can find a good amount of coyotes. They usually come in packs of 5 or 6, so if you use the dead eye on those little bastards you can complete this challenge easily.

Explosive Rifle RANK 5.
Kill an enemy with the Explosive Rifle while wearing the US Army Uniform. First, obtain the US Army Uniform. You unlock the US Army Uniform by completing the mission "An Appointed Time". To earn it, complete those tasks:

• Search Aurora Basin
• Win at Arm Wrestling in Pacific Union Railroad Camp
• Eliminate all other players in a game of Poker in Blackwater
• Complete the "Lights, Camera, Action" Stranger task
• Complete Nightwatch Job in Blackwater
• Purchase at the tailor shop in Blackwater

Next, head to your safe house and change into the US Army Uniform. After putting on the uniform just shoot an enemy. If there is a Wanted poster nearby, grab it and go after that bandit and kill anyone that comes in your way and then the trophy will pop.

With this you should be able to understand Poker and get the trophy without losing too many chips. I recommend folding if the first four cards thrown at the table are bad and don't make a good hand. Don’t bet too high or your opponents will fold. As said it doesn't matter if the other players quit, all you have to do is start off with six.

"You have to be losing the hand at the point that there are only four cards on the table ("The Turn") and then have the fifth card change the outcome, making you the winner. As a quick example, if you had a pair of Jacks and someone else had a pair of Kings after the Turn, you would be losing (obviously). If the River is a Jack, giving you three of a kind and the win, the trophy is yours." Thanks OnuosFan.

This trophy can be easy or a pain, since you never know how the cards will come out on the table. It may take a few tries before obtaining this bad boy. What I suggest is to play a game in a public match and play as normally as you would. When the last card pops up, it’s either a miss or hit for this trophy. Keep playing and you will eventually get it. See Pa-Pa-Pa-Poker Ace for tips on how to play poker.

Its easier to call a spot-on when there are less players at the table. This is mostly based on luck, but comes around often if you trust your instincts. I got it a few times in the two times I played. Wait until it’s your turn and when a set number of dice are called, hit to call it spot-on.

If there are two or three people at the table and it comes around to your turn and the last die to be called is three dice with face 4, it's more likely to be a spot-on if you have that same number in your hand. When someone says there is three of something, it just means there may be a minimum of three dice with a face of 6. If you see something like six dice with a face 4, it's mostly likely to be a bluff with only two or three people at the table. The trophy is based on the amount of dice on the table for you to make the best call.

If you are boosting, just ask the person you are boosting with how many of a number of the dice he/she may have and call it spot-on. The trophy will pop up a few seconds later. Please see the One Die to Rule Them All trophy for info on how to play Liars Dice and a link to the Boosting Thread.

Escalera: -$10 Buy in

Thieves’ Landing: -$100 Buy in

This is easy too and without boosting this is based on how well you play until only you and one other player are left at the table. Just play as normal and try not to lose dice until after your foe has one or two dice left. Start making wrong calls so you lose dice and get to one dice left. Then on your turn, if the other player calls your call wrong, just change it up every time to confuse the other player.

So for example, if it's your opponent's turn and he calls a die that you don't have (ex: he calls one die with face 1 and you don't have a 1), call the spot-on. If he is telling the truth, you will win and get the trophy (he can lie and the spot-on will go wrong, it's all a matter of luck).

This trophy can be done in a private match with friends. As stated before, there are a range of 3-5 races in various places in Red Dead Redemption; winning all 3-5 in one place will grant you this trophy. Just win the races. They can be a challenge if you don't boost, but you can just kill all that get in your way and win each race.

For boosters, form a group of two in a Private Match and let one person win each race back to back. Each Grand Prix has about 3-5 races and they are chosen at random.

Tips for races:

• You have limited ammo, so use it wisely and go for headshots if possible. If you kill the other racers, you will be able to pick up their ammo if you ride over it.

• Tap like mad. Hold when you are low on stamina but not for too long amd continue spamming when your stamina is back. It's harder for the other players to kill you if you are in front and are a good distance away.

• Even if you are first, watch out for other players behind you, don't ride straight for too long, try to zigzag sometimes so they can't hit you.

• Try not to aim at other players while in the lead as you may end up going off road and off a cliff. Just worry about what’s in front of you. Save the horse's stamina for the home stretch before the finish line.

• Shoot players when you are 2nd, 3rd or 4th so you don't waste bullets for bad positions.

• Use the Shotgun only if you are close to the guy and Revolver if he is a little far away. Never shoot if you are way in the back.

• If you are in 1st place and are about to die, look back and kill the shooter so you stay safe (only do this with the Shotgun if you have bullets). This is easier if the other player is close by.

• Touch (or almost touch) the barrel of your Shotgun in your opponent's back for a one shot kill and an amazing blood bath.

Press go to the bottom of the list of games and other things to do and head to the Grand Prix. The races range from 3-5 and are easier to do with just one other player, but if you end up with more just lose the first race and win the next. You can kill other players and pick up their weapons. There is no auto-aim, however, so it may get tough and they can shoot back. As long as you come in last the first race and place first in the race fight after the trophy will pop.

If you are in first place, try not to look back, because it will be harder to control the horse. When you are in first, it’s harder for you to get shot. Use the button wisely and whenever there is a straightaway. This is one of the easier horse racing trophies, since all you have to do is win once after placing last and if you join a public match with just one person it should be no problem. As the title states, don't let the attacking team capture any of the Objectives. I would advise staying back and killing all that come to the Dock, Flag or any of the starting objectives until the mission is finished and you switch over to the attacking team (if you start out on defense).

Each Stronghold mission is about 3:30 to 5 minutes. There are 2 different stronghold difficulties, Stronghold that allows auto-aim and Hardcore Stronghold that has free aim. I advise going for this trophy in a causal Stronghold match if you are not boosting.

Map tips for non-boosting:

Escalera: Stay behind the building north from where you spawn first. Don't cover, just hide behind the wall and kill everyone that approaches. Roll behind the wall again if you are taking too much shots.

Thieves' Landing: Cross the bridge in front of where you spawn, head right and take cover/hide behind the corner in a way you can see the flag. PS. There is a blind spot behind you in the opposite corner, can be solved if a friend stays there as you stay in the stop you are at.

Blackwater: The hardest one. The flag doesn't have too much cover spots near it. Your best bet is to stay behind the building in front of the train station, facing the flag and the enemies spawn camp (up the mount).

For boosting, best doable in a Private game with a friend. Start a two player Stronghold match. Do nothing until time expires and the defending team gets trophy. Team swap occurs, do nothing again and the other players get the trophy. Thanks PuppetShoJustice for the Boosting tip.

This trophy can be done in a private match with friends.

This is a harder trophy, since you are playing against live players and don't know where they will end up. If you happen to come across a group of players in one place and have an Explosive Rifle, shoot them and this trophy will pop. This trophy is easier if you are boosting and have a stick of Dynamite in your possession.

Mostly likely if you are playing in a Public Match, your enemies will be guarding the Dock, so if you get there without getting caught and throw a Dynamite which kills them (before you die), you should obtain this trophy. Try not to run when going to blow up the opposing team, because your icon will pop up on the mini-map and the other team will be able to see it.

The easiest locations to get this trophy are Thieves' Landing by the second safe (using Dynamite) and Fort Mercer (using the Cannons).

Other tips:

"The attacking team in Stronghold starts with a stick of Dynamite each time you spawn." Thanks PuppetShoJustice.

"The Explosive Rifle can be found in safes throughout the Stronghold maps in competitive modes." Thanks oOoOo.

You can join a posse that has already started earning points in a public free roam and the points will still help you earn the trophy. You can also form a posse of 8, but you don't have to earn points together, just while in a posse. For example, half the people can split from the group of 8 and do Hunting Grounds while the other half can go and do Gang Hideouts. Just stay in a posse and don't break it. Hunting Grounds are black circles with 2 white circles inside and Gang Hideouts are black circles with a white bandit face and hat.

If your teammate leaves or gets disconnected, your posse’s points will drop and you will only be left with just the points the remaining player(s) have. When the disconnected player joins again he will start off with 0 points.

If you get 50,000 points and you invite other players to your posse they will get that trophy too, as long as they have the DLC and you still have total posse points of at least 50,000.

To do this with 2-3 people, form a posse and go to Solomon’s Folly where you can net about 500 or more posse points in about a minute. This trophy will take around an hour and a half to obtain with 2-3 people.

A better method if you have a bigger posse, 5-8 people. The trophy will be obtained in less than an hour if you achieve more posse points. The narrator will alert your posse to your progress. He will announce when you reach 1,000, 5,000, 10,000 and then after you reach 50,000. He even announces your individual points.

There are two ways to check your stats: while in free roam right after the Hideout you are doing has ended and the stats page pops up, and when you are not in a mission.

1. When you finish a Gang Hideout, hold and the points will pop up with your score and the players in your posse; next to the posse leader will be the total posse points.

2. After you complete a Gang Hideout or Hunting Ground, you get the personal stat screen that says Total XP, and press to get the posse points for that run, that is your score toward your posse points + what your posse gets.

This is a single player trophy that could be obtained after you complete the story, since zombies come back after you have cleansed a town. You may want to complete the game first, since zombies tend to infest a town while in a mission. The more you progress through the game, the more zombies you will have to clear and the more territory comes available. So wait until you have unlocked Mexico and completed the first mission in Las Hermanas and Casa Madrugada (after you watch Casa Madrugada's cut-scene, the city will be safe automatically).

You have three in-game days until the town you have just cleaned up is infested with zombies again, four days until a town is overrun and four and a half days until you lose a survivor. So I would advise to wait until you have completed the single player story first before going to clean up the total amount of areas. You can lose all survivors in a town (but will have less protection and mostly likely get attacked more often) and still get this trophy.

What the Icons on the map stand for:

White: Unknown Location - You haven't been there yet.

Blue Cross: Safe Zone - You cleansed the city of zombies, they will return but not for some time.

Green: Under Attack - The zombies are trying to get the town back, that's the color the city will be when you go there the first time.

Red: Overrun - The zombies took control of the city, one survivor will die each day if you don't clean the city.

Red Cross: All the survivors in that city have died. You can still take it back, but from now on, it will have less protection.

There are 23 locations that need to be clean from the infestation that we call zombies:

Undead Hunter Rank 3
Use a single explosion of a Retcher to kill 2 other undead.

There is a mission you do for Nigel West Dickens, where you get an army uniform and have to take the train to go to Mexico. After you reach the roadblock, there will be an army of zombies right in front of the train with a Retcher (glowing green) in the middle. Aim at it and you should be able to get this and move on to rank 4.

If you have done this before getting to rank 3, you can always go and cleanse a town and try to get a Retcher and 2 other enemies together. You cannot tie them up and then try to get this.

Undead Hunter Rank 4
Kill 2 undead bears, 5 undead wolves and 3 undead cougars using a torch.

This may sound hard, but it's very easy. The best way to get this is by using the horse Pestilence (it's almost invincible) and staying away from zombies (they pull you from the horse). Then you just need to run around the animals using the torch on them.

Cougars: North of Tall Trees
Bears: Center
Wolves: Around center, they are all black and mostly found in Mexico around Las hermanas

Undead Hunter Rank 5
Find and Kill a Chupacbra.

There is only one in the game, please see Chupathingy for more details.

Undead Treasure Hunter Rank 1-5
Find the first map in a chest at a wilderness camp and find the treasure.

You need to find a campsite that has a woman chained up, clawing her way to kill her husband. You might be able to find this one by Sepulcro under the Letter "U". Kill him & open the chest there, only available at night.

There are other places to find the treasure map:

• The first treasure map from the random encounter that has the guy with the gatling gun.
• The encounter with the two guys surrounded by boxes, fighting off zombies, also has a chest which has the first map. Located by the Three Horses (Diez Coronas). Check the map under the Fan Service trophy.
• Northwest of Hennigan's Stead, in a snowy section on a mountain.
• If you look at the map and go west from "Pacific Union R.R. Camp" (the words, not the actual camp), you can follow a path up into the darker yellowish/greenish part of the map. The next one first shows you Venter's Place, head straight east, again from the words and up in to the rocks you'll find the little pile of rocks.
• Just a little ways northwest of The Scratching Post.
• Just south of Sepulcro under some trees.
• West of Casa Madrugada on the bottom "shelf" of the mountain.

Undead Sharp Shooter 1-5

Note: Use Casual Aim for Rank 1 & 2. It auto-aims for the head and every weapon is a one-shot kill. So you can get 10 headshots in row as well as 5 kills in 10 seconds. This way you can get these in Blackwater and then switch aim back to Normal or Expert (for players that don't like causal aiming).

Undead Sharp Shooter Rank 1
Kill 5 Undead in 10 seconds using a gun.

This will come naturally once you clear out your first town, which is Blackwater. Aim at the head and try not to get too close - doing a close up shot takes time and can affect your chances of getting this rank. Use the Cattleman Revolver for fast kills and fast reload time.

Undead Sharp Shooter Rank 2

Another straight-forward challenge. All you have to do is aim at the head of the zombie. If you use auto-aim most of the time it's already aimed at the zombie's head. Missing one zombie in-between kills will bring the headshot score back down to zero. You can easily achieve this rank at Blackwater.

Undead Sharp Shooter Rank 3
Kill 5 flaming undead in 1 dead eye Meter.

If you need fire bottles, try saving Thieves' Landing.

An extremely easy way is to use phosphorus from your menu. Then activate dead eye, mark 5 heads, shoot them, done. No need to put them on fire as phosphorus is considered fire. Credits to nicogr78o for this tip.

You get the Phosphorus Coating during the normal story mode. Press , go to Kit and scroll down to the Phosphorus Coating to use it on your Guns. Go to Old Fellow's Rest to a gorge to find a lot of zombies for this rank.

Alternative: You can use the Horse War that has fire coming from its body, aim your weapon at the zombies that are on fire, activate dead eye and aim at five of them. Thanks AlejandroM for the tip.

Alternative 2: If you have a fire bottle (you will get when you clear Thieves' Landing) and you have some bait, then go to Fort Mercer. When you climb the ladder, turn around, throw some bait in a nice open place, wait for some zombies, then throw one or two fire bottles. Use your dead eye and kill them. Thanks Jeans for the tip.

Undead Sharp Shooter Rank 4
Kill one of each of the 4 undead types in 1 dead eye meter.

Go to El Presidio; all 4 types spawn right outside. Make sure you aim at multiple zombies at once and use a gun that has a lot of ammunition.

The 4 undead types are:
Regular: your everyday common zombie
Retcher: glows a bit green, spits acid at you
Bruiser: charges at you, knocking you off your feet, big-boned fella
Bolter: scampers around on all fours, leaps at you

Undead Sharp Shooter Rank 5
Get 5 undead sniper kills in 8 seconds (can't use dead eye).

If you need a sniper rifle, try saving Pacific Union Railroad Camp.

You can get this Legendary Rank right in front of El Presidio. There are a group of zombies there and it doesn't matter which ones you shoot as long as it's within 8 seconds and you kill 5. The only Rifle I had was the Rolling Block rifle, it works charms. Stand as far away from the entrance and in close range of the zombies. When they are in groups go for the kill. Make sure you shoot them in the head for the kill to count.

Alternative Method: You can just take your rifle without aiming, in the middle of a group of zombies, and execute them with the finish move... you don't even have to aim. Press or /, whichever button you use to shoot to perform a finishing move. Thanks Grafinenko for the tip.

Alternative 2: If you equip some Phosphorus, you don't have to aim for the head and taking down 5 zombies is quite easy this way.

Four Horses of the Apocalypse Rank 1-5

These four horses appear in random places and one of the horses is given after you have completed the main story of Undead Nightmare. War in New Austin, Pestilence in West Elizabeth, Famine in Mexico (somewhere between Escalera and Tesoru Azul), and Death is story-related and given at the end of the game.

With Famine being the hardest to find, here are more locations to help in finding the horse:

When you start the online component of the multiplayer, go to Undead Overrun to activate the match. You can either wait in the lobby for 3 other players or have your posse ready while in Free Roam. The best way to get to wave 15 is to kill the zombies; there is a timer and a bar in the middle of the screen at the top. The faster you kill the zombies the faster the bar will go up.

You have to kill zombies until you reach wave 15. The best way to do this is to:

• Use Casual Aiming - This aims for the head with less work for you. Thanks the_requiem & Mjc0961
• Open up the coffins to obtain more time and ammo. The first 5-8 rounds are the best time to spend opening coffins.
• Use Long Range weapons and quick shots to the head.
• The best one to use is Long Shot.
• Stay close to your posse, that way if someone dies you can revive them.
• Don't seek cover, zombies and coffins don't spawn the same place twice, so always be moving.
• When you reach Wave 10, things will start to get ugly. I recommend one of the team stay in a rooftop shooting zombies.
• Use bait + dynamite combo to take down multiple zombies fast and score big.
• When your ally is downed, don't try to rescue him too soon or the same zombies that downed him will do the same with you, kill some zombies before you attempt to rescue him, or you can use the bait to make them go away from your teammate.
• You can try to get to Wave 15 with just 2 people, but I highly recommend you try it with at least 3 people so you don't get frustrated.

It shouldn't take more than 10-15 minutes to get to wave 15 with a group of 4 people. It would take about 30-35 minutes to get to Wave 23 if you plan to go any further.

Basically, players fight over a patch of land in one of seven different towns: Armadillo, Blackwater, Chuparosa, Escalera, Las Hermanas, Mac Farlane’s Ranch and Thieves Landing. To start a game, find a post that says Land Grab and activate. All players can participate - but if they don't have the Undead DLC they can't activate the post.

You have to kill 8 unique players in one sitting before the time expires. You can only use the post that is on the map at one of the locations, while in Free Roam. You need one player to claim the land and then you have to kill eight people that try to take the land from you. Don't die and don't let anyone take or come close to the land that you have hold of. Start a private match to make sure all nine players get in the match.

The trophy will pop up right after you killed the eighth player. After the trophy pops, another person takes the land and kills another eight people, so on and so forth. 3 or 4 people can get the trophy in one match and then you will have to start over again. Please use the Trophy Boosting Thread if you need to boost. Make sure you are not in a posse with the other players if you are boosting. Boosting is highly recommended.

Note for boosters: The easiest way to boost this is to have eight players stand very close to each other, and the player going for the trophy just needs to throw a stick of dynamite at the group, if there are an stranglers, just use your gun and shoot.

It's very hard to get without boosting. When you start a Land Grab, the other players don't get transported to the post's location. They get notified but it’s optional, they rarely stop what they are doing to capture your post.

The best place for obtaining this trophy: Thieves Landing

1. The marker is at a platform with steps, so the person going for it can have a good position to throw dynamite as well as take headshots.
2. There is water around. So at the end of a session, everyone should go for swim to make the marker respawn. Thanks the_requiem.
