done it twice and still not got the trophy, did not even use a weapon and still no trophy. |

@1 Are you sure?
Are you using a weapon to kill the little enemies? Try kill them all using only the wrench.
If you still not getting the trophy you're really fucked, I got the trophy at first try, maybe it's a glitch... I would recommend you begin a new game, that planet is the fourth I think so it's quick to get there and play all over again that planet... |

Confirmed that this is missable.
I went back and killed the queen and all her minions again with only the wrench (had the swingshot equipped the whole time) and no trophy popped. |

Follow-up:
This trophy is NOT missable, but is glitchy. On my first encounter with the queen I killed her with weapons, so obviously I didn't get the trophy.
After killing the queen multiple times over with the wrench only, the trophy didn't unlock. Later on (in the same playthrough), I killed her with only the wrench and it unlocked.
Go figure. |

You can go back and get this trophy. I beat her the first time with weapons, then went back the next day and beat her and her minions with the wrench and the trophy popped. |

Easy way to do this one is to let the enemy get close to you and when it starts preparing to bite you, move slightly to the left, or right, and jump attack it; from what I noticed this does the most damage. I did it without taking any damage. |
