I have been so close to Easy Street (4th man dropped out at the last minute) and Lay on Hands (Thought I was reviving a teammate and leveled up to 144 - not sure if it's a glitch or if I was maybe a second too late). Either way, this is a super fun game and chasing the platinum has been a blast so far.
