This trophy will pop up after you have beaten a person on your friends list that is playing the game too. Once a friend has beaten your time on any event you will get an autolog notification stating that your friend has beaten your time in an event. Press to see which events has been beaten and then play the event and beat the time to achieve this trophy. This will be easier if you have played a lot of events and have more than 5 friends on your list.

To write on the wall you will need to be in the main menu where there is the career, auto recommends, and the hot pursuit online and etc options. To the left of the Online option there is the wall option click into it. Press to make a new post and the on screen keyboard will pop up type anything and the trophy will pop soon after. After a race if you have friends that have completed a race before you and you have beaten their time you will be ask if you want to post the info on to the wall, you can proceed to do it that way to. Please see Share the Joy before proceeding.

While in a race or a freedrive. Press and scroll down to Photo mode you will enter a camera lens type mode. Place the camera in any way you want and then press to take a dreamshot and then you will have to back out to the main menu to share the dreamshot to the wall. Please see Share the Joy and/or Midnight Cowboy so you can save yourself a trip of doing this three times.

If you have played the demo and have acquired five or more friends this trophy will pop as soon as you start playing the game. If you don’t have the required five friends please use the need for speed: hot pursuit Boosting thread to acquire the five friends need for this trophy. You only need to have the five friends on your list you do not need to play with them.

The first cop event you play will be in boulder desert. The event is called Chase 101, it is an interceptor challenge. You will just need to bust the racer in order to get this trophy. You will remember this race if you have played the demo. That event is a preview so it will come with no problem.

You will need to reach rank 3 as a cop with a total of 60,000 bounty points to get this trophy. This will come during normal play as you progress through the game as a cop. Please see Ultimate Enforcer on how to get points and some of the better ways to level up.

There a numerous ways to earn bounty points, but not all of them get you the desired points to level up quickly. You will need to reach rank 20 Cop with a total of 2,000,000 bounty points. You will earn points for wrecking racers and finding shortcuts beating your personally time, but that is only giving you 1,000 to 4,000 points. You can switch from cop to racer at any time if you are playing with a friend of a random PSN player.

This is the same as Gotcha! Except you will need to wreck a cop in an event. Just wreck the cop to where the cinematic pops and then the trophy will follow soon after. The second event you unlock as a racer it is in the Eagle Crest section of the map and the event is called First Offense it is a hot pursuit.

You will need to reach rank 2 as a racer with a total of 20,000 bounty points to get this trophy. This will come during normal play as you progress through the game as a racer. Please see Most Wanted on how to get points and some of the better ways to level up.

The nitrous bar is the bright blue bar in the bottom right. At the bottom of the car you will see the words press to use nitrous when it is full, hold down until the tank is empty. Do not hit anyone or anything and this will unlock. You can do this in freedrive or during one of the races make sure you are on a highway. I did this trophy in the first race event called Roadsters reborn. There are many straight-aways in that event so it should be a problem achieving this trophy.

As a cop you will unlock the ability to use road blocks. Once you have the road blocks online press to use the Road block. Most of the time a car will hit the road block. You will get an on screen message or the police women say that road block hit or miss the target. The Road block is always placed ahead of you so use it when there are no shortcuts in the area so the racers run into it. The more hits you get with the road block the more powerful the road blocks get.

As you progress through the game you will unlock this ability. You can either earn this trophy as a cop or as a racer. The emp is a bolt that is shot towards the targeted racer or cop. To use the emp press to shot out have the target indicator pop up on screen on the back of a car. Make sure you are close to the car so you don’t waste an emp, you are limited to a certain amount with each event you get access to it. The more hits you get with the emp the faster the ability will be shot out of the car and connect with the back or the car that you are targeting.

As you progress though the game you will gain access to this ability. You can do this as a racer or as a cop. Press to release a spike strip. The more hits you get with the spike strips the faster the spike strips will be released from the car and giving you the ability to release 2 spikes at once.

As you progress through the game you will unlock the helicopter. To use the helicopter press to release the helicopter. The helicopter then releases spike strips in front of you and the racers ahead. The spike has to hit the car once the spike hits the ground. The more hits you get with the helicopter the longer the helicopter will stay out and drop spike strips. This can only be used as a cop.

As a racer you will need to use a jammer on a cop. As you progress through the game you will unlock the jammer. The jammer stops all communications coming from the dispatcher and the police vehicles, and opening the road to any roadblocks in your way. Press the to use this and then the trophy will pop.

This can only be used a racer. As you progress through the game you will unlock the use of turbo. Turbo gives the car you are drive a big burst of speed to drive pass other racers or just to give you the greater distance from other cars and cops. Press the to use turbo once you have unlocked it. The more you use turbo the longer it will last. Thanks mritual1 for the video.

You can get this in either an online or offline match. You will get the notification stating that there is an emp lock on your car you will see it on your car too. Just wait for the car to be behind you and then release a spike strip on the vehicle. Make sure you are in an event that has cops and Spike strips available to you to use at any time. Be patient this may take some time and it will happen during the later races if you plan to do this offline.

The cop will use roadblocks just drive past the roadblock, whether you drive through the opening of the roadblock or use a shortcut it will still count and the trophy will pop up.

Take a picture of any BMW vehicle you want. While in a race or a freedrive. Press and scroll down to Photo mode you will enter a camera lens type mode. Place the camera in any way you want and then press to take a dreamshot and then you will have to back out to the main menu to share the dreamshot to the wall. Sharing this to your wall and you will unlock this trophy, Graffiti, and Share the Dream.

This has to be down in a single event and there are a few events you can do this in

• Title Fight event it is under Big timber forest
• Lightening reflex it is under Memorial Valley
• There are more events, just pick the event that has the sports series as a class.

Muscle Reflex is one of the earlier mission, but you will have to unlock the Camaro SS first before getting this trophy. Once in the car select screen choose the camaro SS, you will then go into the color select screen. Move over to the right and over the bee yellow color then win the event using that car in that color to unlock this trophy. Thanks xxLSageLxx for the video. You don't have to come in first, there have been claims that you can get any medal and still have the trophy pop up.

As you progress through the game and gain enough bounty you will unlock the Aston martin. Use an Aston martin in a hot pursuit event and win it for this trophy to unlock.

As you progress through the game and gain enough bounty you will unlock the Corvette. You are not required to complete the event, Just use the car under rainy conditions. Complete 'Big Timber Forest - Slide Show'. If you look closely at that event you will see the moon and the rain drops. Finish the event in any place for this trophy to pop up if you already have the corvette unlocked. Once you unlock the car enter the race and as soon as you start driving the trophy will pop.

This is a police event. Once you have reached the event called Run to the Hills pick the Nissan GT-R SpecV and complete the event. You can’t use any weapons and you have to wreck at least 5 vehicles to get the trophy. Thanks TurboReiji for the video. There has been a claim that you don't have to finish the race if you get wrecked, you will still get the trophy. Patch 1.01

 You will eventually unlock this vehicle but already have completed the events, its okay just go back to these events and get a distinction in each one using the Audi R8. Credit to mirski5 for the names of the events. Remember these are cop events.

• · Carson Ridge Reservoir - Guided Missile (Rapid Response)

This is a cop event. There are 7 racers in this event and 2-3 of them are driving the Porsche 918 Spyder. I would just save the EMP for the last set of cars that are left. Make sure to take out most of the health of all the cars, the spyder is usually the car in first place so taking out all the cars and leaving that one to emp will be a good alternative. The car in the photo is the car you need to wreck/bust with an emp.

Pick any super series event that has the Black Dodge Viper SRT10 ACR or Ford Shelby GT500 Supersnake in it, paint the car black and hit a cop car. Make sure it’s a hot pursuit event. There is an event in Carson Ridge Reservoir that has an hot pursuit event and you can use the Ford Shelby GT500. The event is Unreasonable Force. All you have to do is drive in front of the cop car, stay at a good distance and then press to release the spike strips.

Look for any exotic hot pursuit event that lets you use the Black Dodge Viper SRT10 ACR go down to the color Viper red and Spike strip a cop and the trophy will pop.

There is an event called Boulder desert(that is the location of the events) its an racer event. Go over it and then press to enter free drive. Pick the exotic series and then the Ford GT, making sure the color is Midnight Blue Metallic. Then hit and go to photo mode while on a desert patch. Name of the race you need to select is "Born in the USA". Thanks xxLSageLxx for the video.

This trophy can be earned over multiple events so don't be mad if you don't get all 5 in one event. The fifth event as a racer is one of the ways you will be able to use the GUMBERT Apollo S. It’s a hot pursuit event, just wreck 5 cops in the event and this trophy will be yours. This trophy can also be done online. You may have to do this event twice if you want to complete this trophy offline. I would advise to complete this event wrecking 3 or 4 cops and starting the event one more time wrecking anymore cops you may need.

After you get the 3 or 4 cops in event 5 wrecked, you can go down to the seventh event, pick the GUMBERT Apollo S and wreck any remaining cop cars you may need for this trophy.
 

Beat one of your friends' time and this trophy will unlock. Make sure the time and the event you choose to beat you can use the Bugati Veyron 16.4 Super Sport. If you have any Autolog Recommendations sitting around waiting for you to get to them this might be the perfect time. If any of the events that your friends challenged you to have the Bugati Veyron 16.4 Super Sport in it, it's the one you should try to beat. The recommendation you beat doesn't have to be one from the DLC nor does the person have to have the DLC. The person has to challenge you before you beat the time.
 

The second police event you can do is called Show of Force. Press to take a dream shot or press down on the right stick to take a quick shot of the car. Complete the race and then go back to the main menu to post the image on your wall to show your friends. Go to photos and press to share with friends.

You can also take the photo of the car in the first event as a racer. That way you can pick a color.
 

Go online and pick the race event, the hyper series and then the GUMBERT Apollo S. Complete 5 races to achieve this trophy. You can come in any place just do it five times for this trophy to unlock. You can get an D.N.F and still get this trophy. The trophy will pop up after the fifth race in the waiting for players screen.
 

This has to be done in one go. While on the map Use your D-pad to go over a race event called Oakmont Valley, then press to go into cop freedrive. Select the speed enforcement unit and then the Porsche 911 GT2 RS(which is the first car). Drive to the loop on that same street and use the e-brake to go around it in a drift movement around the whole circle. Once you reach the end of the circle you should reach a drift of about 1,061 and the trophy should follow soon after.
 

You first get the Bugati Veyron 16.4 Super Sport in the cop event called Any Means Necessary. Just get you car up to top speed and make sure you are on a highway so you can use nitrous and to hold the top speed for 2 seconds or more. You have more than enough time to come get this trophy and still get distinction on this event. You can do this trophy in free drive. The top speed for this vehicle is 258 MPH.

There is the gauntlet event as a racer called Pushing The Envelope. Where you drive the Bugati Veyron 16.4 Super Sport, before you finish the race you are on a highway where you can use nitrous to get to top speed and maintain it for 2 seconds or longer.
 

There is a cop event called Lockdown, where you can get this trophy. There are 7 racers just bust one and this trophy is yours. This is a Hot Pursuit event. You get a choice of cars just pick the GUMBERT Apollo S (the first car). The GUMBERT Apollo S is easily damaged so be careful.
 

The second police event you can do is called Show of Force. Get 5 spike strip hits in that event to get this trophy. Just use the spike strips once you get in front of a car. You can land multiple spike strips on the same car and still get this trophy. You start off with 10 spike strips in that event. After you get the trophy restart the race and win it unless you know for sure you can complete it. This Porsche has terrible handling.
 

There is a cop event called Cut to the chase, complete that race and then go online to an interceptor race to win one of those events online to obtain this trophy. You have to play as a cop while playing online to get this trophy. When you go online just make sure to pick the hyper series. Make sure both times you pick the Bugati Veyron 16.4 Super Sport Interceptor as a cop.
 

There are eight events. Three time trials, two hot pursuits, two races and one Gauntlet event. The last race is about 10 minutes and 29.2 miles long. All the other events are pretty straight forward apart from the time trials which might give you some trouble. These are the red events located on the right side of the screen, when on the map menu. They have the words super sport above the race events. 

There are five events: 2 Interceptor events, 2 hot pursuits events and 1 Rapid Response. While the Interceptor and Hot pursuit events will be easy, the rapid response event will be a little harder. You have to complete the event without making too many mistakes. That means you cannot have a penalty over 5-7 seconds in that event. While the car you are using is great it loses control when driving in dirt so drive with caution. Use to brake and slow down and only use the button (e-brake) when making C like U-turns to keep the speed and finish the turn quickly. Use as many shortcuts as you can and don’t hit anything. Use nitrous often, when you have it. The only thing in that event that may cause a problem are the cars coming out of nowhere. These are the red events located on the right side of the screen, when on the map menu. They have the words super sport above the race events.
