I can't figure out if they are listed in the clues.
I have read that they are part of the clues, but I'm really wondering which ones they mean,. are supposed to be tourist locations. |

Yea they are all part of the clues. Talk to the Ex-Cop in the Restroom of chapter 2,the ex-cop again in a store on the streets of chapter 7, a little later in the same chapter-the guy at the strip club(Last room on the right before you exit the strip club, he's under the bed) and the hard one to get, atleast for me, is the prisoner(same guy from the strip club) in chapter 13. Its pretty early on. (This is the only way he appeared for me, maybe mine is glitched but this is what I had to do) Right after you get out of the interogation room and make your way through the open gates. Go right and cover against the wall at the corner. When you look around the corner you will see two UFE about to execute two prisoners, take out both UFE before the kill the prisoners(headshots are obviously the be |

the best option here)As soon as the you kill both guards chase after the prisoners(they will run instantly) as soon as the round the corner into a nearby cell they get taken out by a shotgun guard. Kill the guard and continue to the next corner where two more guards are waiting in the middle of the hall. After you kill them go back to where you killed that shotgun guard and continue all the way to the end of the hall where there will be a cell and it should go to a Movie Scene where you talk to him. Im hoping mine was just glitched, if not then thats a really tricky clue. Anyways hopes this helps |

Then the last one I believe is Chapter 14. Its the only clue of the chapter, you talk to the ex-cop again. I dont remember exactly where this was. Sorry |
