| Comment #2 by I3oatsNHoes Friday, June 24, 2011 @ 06:43:39 PM My only advice is to mash the square button while watching TV. I am currently closing in on 10 straight hours and am within 15 minutes of my Plat | |
| Comment #3 by TumppiHero Tuesday, July 05, 2011 @ 05:31:25 AM Rubber band between LS and RS. | |
| Comment #4 by Assassinwalker3 Monday, July 11, 2011 @ 01:31:51 AM I found that you can make a treadmill and rubberband LS to the right/left. It worked for me. | |
| Comment #5 by LOHIPARASHH Monday, August 01, 2011 @ 04:56:32 AM could i do this just by making a object that rotates and hold onto it for 24 hours??? | |
| Comment #6 by LOHIPARASHH Monday, August 01, 2011 @ 05:03:31 AM or that you don't hold onto it, it just moves u automaticly? | |
| Comment #7 by Naylord Monday, August 08, 2011 @ 12:56:32 AM You could also try and create a really good level. No kiddin eh? | |
| Comment #8 by BaronSamedi Thursday, August 11, 2011 @ 02:31:34 PM @7 No one needs that kind of attitude. Not everyone wants to create, some people just can't. But they do like getting trophies. So, if you've nothing constructive to add, pipe down. For some reason it's not registering my time on my pins even though I've definitely left the game going for an hour plus and I saved, and restarted. Any ideas? | |
| Comment #9 by Cornagandarub Thursday, August 11, 2011 @ 09:31:46 PM @8 Yeah, you're so right. I mean not everyone who buys a FPS wants to play in first person and not everyone who buys a hockey game wants to play hockey right? Why should anyone want to actually play the game they want?! Some people. | |
| Comment #10 by LOHIPARASHH Friday, August 12, 2011 @ 05:58:09 AM @8 what way are u doing it ? it could be that it's not working if your putting a rubberband etc.?? | |
| Comment #11 by novanis Sunday, August 21, 2011 @ 04:11:30 AM *lol* I think i can do this anyway by the possibilities to create some stuff. ;) | |
| Comment #12 by Loftus Monday, September 05, 2011 @ 08:08:16 AM @9 you're looking at it totally wrong. Little big planet has lots of different aspects of gameplay, with create being one. 24 active hours is along time to spend in one mode that many people won't be buying the game for. It's like zombies on Call of duty. It's an FPS, but its just one mode that some people might either dislike or simply suck it, and this being a trophy website, tips for how to get trophies that people are struggling with are kind of the point. I'm going to try and do as much as i can creatively, and see if i can make a decent level. If, after that, i still have some hours to go, i might try the idle approach. | |
| Comment #13 by lordFRZA Monday, November 07, 2011 @ 06:36:34 AM IT DOES NOT WORK!!! I selected an object and taped the Right stick to make it spin, before I went to bed and when I woke up it only counted for 1 minute! PMO! | |
| Comment #14 by ipmckernan Sunday, November 13, 2011 @ 07:22:48 PM The rotating item trick doesn't work!! | |
| Comment #15 by planty-rob Saturday, November 19, 2011 @ 03:15:12 PM Just done this today, what a grind that was. Spent a lot of time making a couple of levels, took up about half of the time. The rest i did by just pressing square wile watching telly most evenings. Had to do it for platinum though! | |
| Comment #16 by castioca Monday, December 05, 2011 @ 09:38:45 PM I have to be active 24 hours without breaks or I can do 24 hours active but with pauses | |
| Comment #17 by LordExiardia Sunday, December 11, 2011 @ 05:13:31 AM I dont know, i havent tried jet, but is it possible to just set the time of your ps3 24 hours forwards? | |
| Comment #18 by Jazamataz Saturday, January 14, 2012 @ 06:42:43 PM I've made a level especially for this trophy! It helped me get the trophy. You just copy my level and enter it in create mode. Then just leave the game on overnight. But it might be an idea to put an elastic band around the analogue sticks to keep your character moving... And maybe plug the controller in to make sure you don't lose battery :D Just search for Jazamataz and you'll find the level on my world. Please heart the level? Heart for heart :) Hope this helps! | |
| Comment #19 by Ahdz Sunday, February 12, 2012 @ 07:13:18 PM Can you this trophy by walking around during create mode? | |
| Comment #20 by Ahdz Sunday, February 12, 2012 @ 07:17:56 PM Can you get this trophy by walking around in create mode? O yea and puting pads on your level would NOT help at all. I did that over night and it did not helped. | |
| Comment #21 by zzamaro Thursday, March 15, 2012 @ 12:54:22 AM You can watch a tv show, a movie or whatever. If sometimes there's nothing good on TV, you can just put music(if you don't have ipod or something like that) while doing homework :) If not student, I suppose this won't help much :P | |
| Comment #22 by Crazafon Monday, March 19, 2012 @ 09:52:29 PM The best method I saw was to attach a pencil to a rotating fan, so that the fan will move back and forth while pressing the square button. It works like a charm, however I do not own a rotating fan. Doing it legitimately and am currently at 600 minutes. Yay... | |
| Comment #23 by iShadow5k Saturday, June 16, 2012 @ 08:40:53 AM Hey, your time spent in the tutorials counts toward these, so use that to your advantage. | |
| Comment #24 by Eherny Saturday, June 16, 2012 @ 07:40:28 PM does anybody know an easy way to get this trophy without spamming circle, without getting a rotating fan? | |
| Comment #25 by erdvilla Tuesday, July 03, 2012 @ 01:54:36 PM The rotating object seems to have been patched, it would only add 1 minute to your count and then stop counting unless you do something else. Good going devs, you just screwed all the community that doesn't want to spend 1 day creating and just aim for Platinum. | |
| Comment #26 by erdvilla Thursday, July 05, 2012 @ 04:23:53 PM VERY IMPORTANT: The time won't be added unless you leave the Create mode to your Pod, if you quit from Create mode or close the game the time WON'T BE ADDED. I learned this the hard way, I just spent 6 hours building a level and there was an electrical failure -blackout- and when I returned and checked the pins section the time was the same as when I began. | |
| Comment #27 by January-Embers Friday, August 10, 2012 @ 01:52:42 PM Fuck this stupid trophy. I'll tap square for a few hours, save it, then return to my pod and see where my time has gone up a few hours. yay... Next time I boot up the damn guy it's gone back down a few hours! WHAT THE HELL?! It makes no goddamn sense... *gives trophy the bird* | |
| Comment #28 by Arwing65 Sunday, August 12, 2012 @ 10:49:54 AM Most. Boring. Trophy. EVER... O.o | |
| Comment #29 by FamiliaWerneck Thursday, August 16, 2012 @ 04:53:37 PM Does it need to be 24 continuosly hours? Or it counts all the time I played LBP 2 on create mode? | |
| Comment #30 by ludist210 Wednesday, October 24, 2012 @ 10:24:51 AM Confirmed that turbo controllers work, rubber-banding analog sticks does not. I just need 250ish minutes to get this and the Platinum. "Does it need to be 24 continuosly hours? Or it counts all the time I played LBP 2 on create mode?" All the time in create mode, but you have to exit to your pod when you're done or else it might not count it. | |
| Comment #31 by lostcauze Thursday, January 10, 2013 @ 06:13:29 PM so i wanna know if u delete the patch u can use the spinning object rubberband spam will it work | |
| Comment #32 by himynameismattyk Monday, January 21, 2013 @ 04:04:11 PM For those who used the turbo controller, what kind of tape did you use on the square button? I used gorilla tape last night and I woke up to the poppit not opening and closing and I didn't gain ANY time at all when I know it was working for at least 10 minutes. I don't get it. | |
| Comment #33 by AdrianUK93 Friday, March 01, 2013 @ 02:00:51 PM DIFFICULTY TO PLATINUM 0.1!! Check out my YouTube, I can get Platinum in less then 10minutes... www.youtube.com/AdrianUK1993 | |
| Comment #34 by bowskillz Sunday, April 14, 2013 @ 08:08:59 AM @33 No one cares... | |
| Comment #35 by acridvortex Saturday, April 27, 2013 @ 10:43:24 PM 24 hours seems like a really long time to do something I can't focus on for more than ten minutes at a time | |
