Hold R1 for Totec to hold the shield over his head. Then with a co-op player or controller 2, have Lara jump onto his shield. Then jump with Totec while Lara is still on his shield (keep his shield up the entire time). Then have the person using Lara jump while Totec is in mid air. If you are controlling both controller one and two, just pause the game after Totec jumps, somehow (should be too difficult) keep holding down R1 with Totec so his shield stays up. Then un-pause the game and have Lara jump up while shes on Totec's shield.
