So I found a glitch with this trophy, but somebody else probably found this first. I uploaded my Aftermath file while I was good, became evil, quit the game and uploaded the aftermath file again and this trophy just popped up without me going through an entire new game

He may be correct, but you still have to do all the bad side missions & etc.

Had a good time playing this.
