This trophy can be done over time if you use the elevator frequently, but you can accelerate the process by using the same elevator over and over, just don't push the Joystick when going up, when you are going down in the air push it forward to grab the elevator again and repeat, this method counts each time you touch the elevator so its pretty fast if you are missing a few ones.

@#1, thanks for the tip.. i did this trophy on the clock tower pole, and i didn't have more than 10 ascends done...
