this is easiest in the side mission heavy weapons
first defeat the monsters when they apear
next climb on top of the tall octagon shaped building
attract the helicopter wait for it to show you a red line
the rockets will appear letting you blast them to get the trophy |

You can pull this off at any time from a fairly early point in the game by venturing into Ascension Parish before the power is restored there. If you're near center of the map in that area (just east of the cemetery, near the "town square"), a helicopter should spawn there over and over again. You can use the blast ability that you get pretty early in the main story to send the rockets flying back at the helicopter. No upgrades are necessary. |

I'm surprised I didn't get it before trying to hunt down the Trophies lol. I managed to get most done without even trying except this one :S |
