Simply kill two people by an explosion from a barrel or electricity from a fusebox. An easy way to do this is to find a smallish room with at least two enemies and a bunch of barrels. shoot one barrel, and it should cause the others to explode as well. If all the explosions took out at least two enemies, it's yours.
