Road Map

Step 1: Starting off.

When you start the game for the first time, there are a few easy trophies that you should get out of the way. First off, score five goals in the Arena to get Back of the Net. Then switch sides to play as the goalkeeper. Start up a practice match where the opposition is just the goalkeeper. You’ll get Training Time when you start. Score a goal as the goalie to get Once in a Lifetime.

Now for some more quick trophies: Take a quick dip into the in-game store to pick up Anything in Particular. Next, you should head to the edit menus and change a team's stadium and entrance music to get Home Maker and New Choons.

Lastly, go and change the control settings to manual. Then play a match against a one-star team with a five-star team and win to get All My Own Work. Make sure you switch back the settings after you finish the match. That gets a few of the easiest trophies out of the way. Next up are the goalie trophies.

Step 2: Goalie Trophies.

You may want to create your Virtual Pro now to get a few of the keeper accomplishments. Once you are back in the Arena, switch sides to play as the keeper and make 10 saves to get Warming the Gloves.

Then if you turn off the goalie assists and play a Kick-Off match, you can go for both Safe Hands and Perfect Keeping at the same time.

Step 3: Media Trophies.

There are a few easy replay-related trophies that can be ticked off really quickly. Upload a video and screenshot to EA Sports Football World to get Eat My Goal and Picture Perfect. This can even be done in Arena Mode.

After a match, go into the highlights menu and save one to the replay theatre to get One To Remember.

Step 4: Player Career.

To get the Career Mode trophies quickly, you should start a new career with a created player. To get Folklore, Good Week and Established Keeper in around 20 minutes, make the created player a goalie.

Max out his stats and place him on one of the better teams in the MLS. The MLS has a shorter season than most, and so can be simulated quicker. Simulate through the career season by season. Because your ‘Super Goalie’ is so much better than every other player, he will build up his experience points quickly. At the end of Season 1, you will get Established Keeper. By the end of Season 3, you should also have gotten Good Week and Folklore.

Step 5: Manager Career.

At the end of Season 3, your ‘Super Goalie’ should be offered a Player/Manager Contract. Scroll left and right to see all of the contracts, as there are usually three or four. Accept the Player-Manager Contract to receive Its in the Blood. For your first match, you will actually want to play it. Sub in your best forwards at the start and score a goal with one of them to get Mastermind.

From here, simulate the rest of the season. Keep simming until you get Great Month! It usually pops up sooner rather than later. Once it does, finish off that season and exit out to the main menu. You should have put together a decent score in Career Mode that should have made it onto the Career Leaderboard. So you should get Record Holder about here.

Step 6: Pro Clubs.

Now, it’s on to your Virtual Pro and the Pro Club trophies. If you have not already done so, now's the time to create your VP. Don't worry too much about his info, as you can change it all later. Once he is saved, you will receive In the Game. From now on, you will want to use him as much as possible. Play him in different positions as well, so you can rack up those 100 accomplishments you need for Rising Talent.

You will next have to find a decent Pro Club. Using the stickied threads in the forums, you should be able to find a club to join. Once you find one, stick with it until you get One Man Club. If you switch clubs, your matches played will be lost, so stick with the one club. After your first match, you will get Virtual Debut. Get into a well-organized club, and you should be able to manage Virtual Football. The bigger the club is, the easier it will be to get ten players together.

The bulk of your matches for your Pro Club should be cup matches. Get into a decent team, and you should be able to manage to reach and win the final at least a couple of times. Persistence is the key here. You will have to play 50 matches anyway, so you may as well get Club Glory along the way. You should also be able to set up a goal with a cross somewhere along the way as well, which would net you Always Friendly. And lastly, in between cup attempts, you should be able to play a practice match to get Team Training.

Step 7: Head to Head Online.

There are a half-dozen Head to Head online trophies to look out for. The big one that will take the most time to complete is Hundred & Counting, where you have to play 100 full-length Head to Head matches online. Because that will take a while to do, you should try for the others along the way.

First up are In for the Win and Against the Odds. Most people play with five-star teams, so you should go for a four and a half star team. Take the game to extra time, and you’ll get In for the Win. If you then manage to win the match, you should also get Against the Odds.

After that is done, play four more matches using four other teams to get Experimental. If you get lucky, and manage to win all of those matches, you would also get Good Form. This is unlikely though, as someone usually quits along the way. You can boost these trophies though, once you can find someone willing to take a pasting for a few matches. If you do, make sure they let you beat them in a friend’s league as well, so you can get First Time Out.

Step 8: Leagues and Stadiums.

Now it's time for a little grinding. For Around the World, you have to play a full match with a team from every league in the game. And for Home & Away, you have to win a match in every stadium in the game. My advice is to do both at once. Print out a checklist for each one, and tick them off as you go.

To boost the amount of matches your VP has played, stick him onto each team you play as. Another handy time saver is to select teams that have players with the right specialities so that you can complete those trophies as well.

Step 9: Specialty Trophies.

There are five trophies based on the specialty traits that some of the players have. The ones to look out for are: Aerial Threat, Crosser, Distance Shooter, Playmaker and Poacher. Each of the trophy descriptions in the guide has list of players you can use. So see the guide for more info.

Step 10: Clean Up.

The last three trophies are: Woodwork & In!, Virtual Legend and FIFA for Life. You will probably get Woodwork & In! long before you reach this point. But the other two are the two that will take up most of your time. Work on Virtual Legend first. There is a quick method to racking up matches by getting sent off. For more information, take a look at the guide.

There is no way to boost Fifa for Life. It is based on the time you spend on the pitch, not game time. So it is just a matter of playing until it pops. Fifa is a game for the long haul, so just keep dipping in every so often, and you will eventually get there.

Once you do, you’ll receive a nice shiny new platinum trophy. Congratulations.

45 trophies ( 34  1  )

  • Unlock all other trophies (excluding additional content trophies)

Get all the other trophies to receive this beauty.

  • Score a header with a player with the Aerial Threat Specialty

To get this trophy, you need to score a header from inside the box while using someone with the Aerial Threat speciality. In the Team Management window, you can see if a player has the icon next to their name. They can be a little small to see properly, so if you go into player roles and select a player and then click , you can see which they have. I did it with Drogba but here are a few more players with the Aerial Threat speciality:

    Manchester United - Vidic
    Chelsea - Drogba and Terry
    Juventus - Amauri
    Bayern Munich - Klose
    Tottenham - Crouch
    Aston Villa - Carew
    Everton - Cahill and Fellaini

  • Win a Head to Head Ranked Match using a weaker team

Cannot be earned since Servers have closed. This trophy can only be unlocked through online play. When picking your team, make sure it has a rating of at least a half star less than your opponent's team. All you have to do then is beat him. If, say, your opponent picks Barcelona (5 stars), you should pick a team like Liverpool (4.5 stars).

Make sure to keep the ratings as close as you can to give yourself as much of a chance as you can. A half star difference is not that much, though.

This can be easily boosted. To find someone to help you out, follow this link: Boosting Thread.

  • Win a Match with Manual Controls (auto-switching must be set to 'Manual')

To change the settings, go to:

My Fifa 11 > Settings & Profile > Controls > Wireless Control Settings.

There will be a list of assists that can be toggled on or off. Change them to the settings listed below:

    Auto Switching: Manual
    Auto Switching Move Assistance: None
    Passing Power Assistance: Off
    Pass Assistance: Manual
    Through Pass Assistance: Manual
    Shot Assistance: Manual
    Cross Assistance: Manual
    Lob Pass Assistance: Manual
    Save Assistance: Manual
    Analog Sprint: Off

Keep a list of the original settings so that you can change them back afterwards. (Trust me, you will want to). Now all you have to do is go to Kick Off and play and win a match. Set the difficulty to Amateur and pick a 5-Star team to play against a 1-Star team to make it easier.

  • Cross for a Friend to score

This can either be done online while playing in a Pro Clubs team or offline using two controllers, both playing on the same team.

Offline with Two Players: You can either use both controllers yourself or get a mate to help you out. If you have a friend handy, it should just be a matter of crossing to him until he scores. It has to be either a header or a volley though, as it has to be scored directly off the crossed ball.

Offline with One Player: This is a little trickier as you have to jump from one controller to the other. It is doable though. The easiest way is to try it on corners, as it gives you a second to switch over. Make sure your player (Controller 1) is doing the crossing. The goal has to be either a header or a volley, as it has to be scored directly off the crossed ball.

Online in Pro Clubs: This is the easiest and most natural way to get this one. If you are going for the platinum, you will have to play at least 50 games online with a club anyway, so you may as well try for it there. Set your VP to be a Midfielder, playing either RM or LM depending on which foot is favoured. Pick the same position on the team, and play away normally. You should set up a goal via a cross sooner or later, more than likely a header.

  • Visit the FIFA 11 Store

This one will only take a few seconds. Go to:

Online Game Modes > Fifa 11 Store.

The trophy will unlock right away as you enter. Nice and simple.

  • Play a match with a team from every league

The easiest way to get this one is to play a match using a team from every league in Kick-Off. You should combine this with your run to win a match in every stadium, so you can kill two birds with one stone.

These matches have to be played against the CPU. You should use your pro in every game so you can add a few more games towards the 500 needed. Before you enter each exhibition match, change your VP's team to the team you are going to use for that game. You can put him in any position you want, just don't sub him out or it won't count. • Score 5 goals in one Arena kick-about

This should be everyone's first trophy. As soon as you start the game up for the first time, you will find yourself in the practice arena. All you have to do is score 5 goals. It should only take a few seconds.

You will start off playing as Kaka, but can change it to whomever you want by going to:

My Fifa 11 > Arena Options > Player
  • Win the Cup as part of an online Pro Club

Cannot be earned since Servers have closed. The Pro Clubs mode lets you play as part of a full online team using your Virtual Pro. There are three types of matches that can be played: Practice, League and Cup.

Once you have joined a club, you will be able to enter the club locker room. The captain will have the option to change the game type to Cup. Your team will start off in the 1st Round of the Cup. If you lose, you will get eliminated and have to start over.

After winning 5 straight Cup games, your team should receive the Cup. Only players who played on the team for the whole length of the Final will get the trophy. It does not get awarded just for being a member of the club.

Note: Teams have been getting kicked out of the tournament when they were supposed to be advancing and sometimes advancing after losing. EA has altered the servers so that it does not happen as much, but it can still happen from time to time. If you do get beaten, always play the following match. You can find that your team will still be in the same round giving you a second chance.

With a decent team, you should be able to get this before reaching your 50 match total. Just keep at it.

Boost: You can boost this trophy by searching at the same time as another club. They must be at the same stage of the Cup as you. Also, if you are in the Final or Semifinal and are going to lose, quit out. The other team will advance and your team should stay in the same round. SAS_Smithy_1986 has written a very detailed step by step of how to boost this. Here is the link: Cup Boost.

  • Create a goal with a cross with a player with the Crossing Specialty

To get this trophy, you need to cross into the box while using someone with the Crosser speciality. In the Team Management window, you can see if a player has the icon next to their name. They can be a little small to see properly, so if you go into player roles and select a player and then click , you can see which they have. I did it with Iniesta but here are a few more players with the Crosser speciality:

    Barcalona - Xavi, Iniesta
    Manchester United - Giggs
    Chelsea - Malouda
    Liverpool - Gerrard
    Manchester City - Milner
    Inter - Sneijder, Maicon
    Milan - Ronaldinho

You can either cross directly, or cross from a corner. The goal has to be either a header or a volley directly from the cross.

  • Score from outside the box with a player with the Distance Shooter Specialty

To get this trophy, you need to score a goal from outside the 18 yard box while using someone with the Distance Shooter speciality. In the Team Management window, you can see if a player has the icon next to their name. They can be a little small to see properly, so if you go into player roles and select a player and then click , you can see which they have. I did it with David Villa but here are a few more players with the Distance Shooter speciality:

    Barcelona - David Villa
Real Madrid - Cristiano Ronaldo, Kaka
    Chelsea - Lampard, Drogba
    Liverpool - Gerrard
    Manchester City - Tevez
    Inter - Sneijder

Make sure you are outside the box when you take the shot, or it won't count.

  • Upload a Video to EA Sports Football World

To upload a video, pause any game you're in the middle of and go into Instant Replay. Press and select to Upload to EA Sports Football World. Wait a minute or so for it to load up, and you should get the trophy.

You can also do this in the Arena. After scoring a goal, press and then follow the same steps as above.

  • Play a season as a Goalkeeper in Career Mode

To get this trophy quickly (and without having to play a load of boring matches as a goalie), head into Career Mode and select the Player Career. Rather than use your VP or a real player, choose to create a player. He should be a goalie obviously. Make him around 6'5 and max out all his stats to 99.

Now join one of the better MLS Teams. I went with the New York Red Bulls. From here, its just a matter of simulating the season. Your created goalie should get automatically selected on the team. The trophy should pop after the season is over. If it does not pop, try simulating the second season.

The whole process takes about 10 minutes. The season in the MLS is a lot shorter than the other leagues, so it takes an even shorter amount of time.

  • Play 5 consecutive Head to Head Ranked Matches with different teams

Cannot be earned since Servers have closed. For this trophy, all you have to do is pick five different teams to use in five consecutive Ranked Online Head to Head matches. You must complete all 5 games to get this trophy. If someone quits during the five game streak, it won't count and you will have to start over. You do not have to win any of the matches, so if you are worried about them quitting, let them win the match. Winners never quit.

This can also be easily boosted. See Against all Odds for the link to the Boosting Thread. Remember, they must be all be ranked matches.

  • Win an online Friends League match

This one is quick and simple. First create a Friend League. Go to:

Online Game Modes > Friends Leagues > Create a League

Cannot be earned since Servers have closed. Now all you need is a friend to join you in the league. You will more than likely have at least a few friends on your friends list that will be playing Fifa. Drop one of them a PM and ask them to help you out. If you can't find anyone, head to the dedicated boosting thread: Friend League Boost.

Once you find someone, invite them to your league. In the league window, go to the player list and challenge him. The game can be set to 2 minute halves if you are in a hurry. Win the match and the trophy is yours. Make sure to return the favour to your partner.

  • Become a Legend as a player in Career Mode

To become a Legend for your club, you have to work your way up through the ranks. This is easier in smaller clubs that haven't won much and have no Legends. Your ranking level is shown in the bottom left hand corner of the career screen. Get to 5 stars and you will become a Legend. Beware if you use a real player, as he may already be a Legend in that club.

This easiest done with a created player with maxed out stats or with a player whose stats have been increased before starting the career mode and choosing to use customised rosters. Unless you are playing all the games, don't use your VP because his stats won't be good enough for Legend status. I got it after season 2 on the NY Red Bulls with a maxed out goalie. I won the League both years. After season 2 it unlocked. I was very suprised it took that little.

If you are using your Virtual Pro, you may reach the level of Captain and max it out, yet do not achieve Legend status. To make the last jump, you generally have to be awarded an end of season award. Leading scorer is generally easiest. That is usually enough to tip you over the top.

  • Play 5 consecutive Head to Head Ranked Matches without losing

Cannot be earned since Servers have closed. This one can be hard to pull off in normal play. You must complete and win all five games in a row to get this. If someone quits during this streak, the win won't count and you will have to restart. Since you have to play 100 Ranked Head to Head matches anyway, I wouldn't worry about this one until you have that completed. With a bit of luck and skill, you may pull this off without really trying. A little tip to avoid quitters: try to stay only one goal ahead. If you pound on an opponent, they will be more inclined to quit. Keep it close so they feel they have a chance.

This can be easily boosted if you get a friend to help you. They would have to let you win five straight matches. See Against All Odds for the link to the Boosting Thread. Remember, they must be Ranked Head to Head matches.

  • Play & win in every Stadium

For this trophy, you will have to play and win in every Stadium in the game. Each match has to be against a CPU-controlled team. If you go to the select sides menu and have a second controller take over the opposition team, it will not register the win in that stadium. Also, if your controller dies, the game automatically goes to this screen. If this happens, you have to replay that stadium. Below is a full list of the stadiums:

    Akaaroa Stadium
Allianz Arena - Bayern Munchen (Germany)
Aloha Park - KC Wizards (USA)
    Amsterdam ArenA - Ajax (Netherlands)
    Anfield - Liverpool (England)
    Arena D’oro - Parma (Italy)

Town Park - Scunthorpe United (England)
    Union Park Stadium
Veltins Arena - FC Schalke 04 (Germany)
    Wembley Stadium - England (International)

You should work your way through this list while simultaneously going for the Around the World trophy. Print a list for each, and tick them off as you go.

Thank you to Scottyb6546 for adding the team that plays in each stadium.

  • Change the Home Stadium of any team

You can do this one in a less than a minute. Go to:

My Fifa 11 > Edit Teams > Stadiums.

You can change any teams stadium that you like. I just picked some lowly nPower League 2 team, Accrington I think. Change the stadium, and save when prompted. The trophy should pop soon after.

  • Play 100 Head to Head Ranked Matches

Cannot be earned since Servers have closed. Unlike Fifa 10, you only have to play 100 instead of win 100. You also have to play out all of the games, so try not to blow out your opponent or he/she may quit. Thanks to o0DENSE0o for confirming this.

You can boost this by scoring 1 goal and holding the ball against your boosting partner so time flies by.

  • Take a Head to Head Ranked Match to extra time with a weaker team

Cannot be earned since Servers have closed. This one can be tricky if you are trying for it specifically. First off, pick a team that is at least a half star less than your opponent's team. I found the easiest way to force a game into extra time was to take and hold a one goal lead. That gives you room to manoeuvre if your opponent scores. If you try to hold it at say 0-0, a goal from your opponent will leave you scrambling to level the score. But if you are one up, it's not such a big deal.

Hold your lead until the 90th minute. When you reach the last few minutes, pass back to your goalie and score an own goal. Time it right and it's on to extra time. (Your opponent has to agree to go to extra time of course.) Play away from here and after the match ends, win or lose, you will receive the trophy.

Again, this one can be boosted with a friend. See Against All Odds for the link to the Boosting Thread.

  • Create a Virtual Pro

Go into Virtual Pro on the main menu. The first time you enter here, you will be prompted to create a pro. You can enter any information you like, and can make anything from a mini-you to the footballer you always dreamed of. You will be able to change any of the information you have entered later on if you wish.

  • Go from being a Player to the Manager (or Player Manager) in Career Mode

At the end of each season in the Player Career Mode, you will receive offers for new contracts for the following year. If you are offered one to become either a Manager or Player-Manager, pick it to unlock this trophy. It may take a few seasons for this. It's made easier by using a created player with maxed out stats. Thanks to junkd03 for making this clear.

It's kind of random to be offered to become a manager. If you don't get it by season 3/4, start another career and you should get it. Also, if you continue to simulate the seasons of the career of the maxed out goalie you created to play in the MLS, you should get an offer to become a Player-Manager by the end of season three.

  • Have a substitute score a goal in Career Mode

In the Career Mode section, pick the Player-Manager mode to start a new career. Pick a decent team to manage. Head into team management once the season begins. Take your best two or three forwards and stick them on the bench. I choose to manage United, so I put Rooney and Berbatov in the subs. Now head to your first game. Select to play as the team, not as your Virtual Pro (you get the choice before the game). Start the game and a few minutes in, sub your two star forwards on. All you have to do then is score a goal with one of them. You will receive the trophy right away.

  • Import your own sounds into the game using the Custom Music & Chants feature

First, you will need to have a song file in the music folder on your PS3. You can take it from anywhere, and it doesn't have to be good: burn a track onto your PS3 from a CD, or copy a music file off a memory stick. Once you have your song ready, go to:

    My Fifa 11 > My Music & Chants > Custom Music & Chants > Leagues & Teams

Scroll to any team you like and change one of their songs from default to your chosen track. Save and exit to receive your trophy.

  • Score as the Goalkeeper in any match

The easiest way to get this one is to play a practice match in the Arena. Set your VP to be a goalie. In the Arena, press to bring up the practice menu. Start a practice match, but make sure the other team only has a goalie. At the kick off, run quickly up the pitch and call for the ball. You will only have to beat the goalkeeper, so it should be an easy goal. The trophy will pop as soon as you score.

Thank you to tomstlh and Lufctrond for pointing out this method.

  • Play 50 matches for the same online Pro Club

Cannot be earned since Servers have closed. The Pro Club mode allows you to play as part of an online club using your Virtual Pro. Once you join a Pro Club, you should just keep playing matches until this one pops. You need at least two players on the squad at any one time to be able to start a game. So try to find a club with a decent amount of players in the squad.

Don't leave and re-enter a club, as doing so will wipe away all your games played. Also, the EA Servers update your stats very slowly. So don't get worried if it does not pop right after your 50th game. It's a little glitchy, with some people getting it after just 30 matches, while others don't get it until after 70+ matches. Just keep playing until it pops.

These 50 matches also count towards your 500 matches played using your Virtual Pro.

  • Save a highlight to the Replay Theatre

After you finish a match, there will be the option on the post game menu to look through the game's highlights. Pick any of them, and enter to view the highlight. This brings you into the Replay viewer. Press to save the highlight, but make sure to save it to one of the slots in the Replay Theatre.

  • Play as the Goalkeeper in a Kick-Off match & finish with 100% Saving Accuracy

I tried for this one playing on Semi-Pro difficulty with the Goalie Assists on. Make sure its a Kick-Off match. It is important that you pick two fairly even sides. If you pick a team that is a lot better than the CPU controlled team, it is unlikely that they will get any shots off.

When you start, stay where the circle indicates you should be. You only have to save one shot in total. You have to make at least one save, as otherwise your save percent will be zero. If the game is tied at the end of regulation rime, pick the 'end as a draw' option to finish the match.

  • Upload a Screenshot to EA SPORTS Football World

Cannot be earned since Servers have closed. You can do this one during any Instant Reply. Press to snap a frame of the replay as a screenshot. Upload it to one of your EA Sports Football World slots to receive the trophy.

  • Create a goal with a player with the Playmaker Specialty

To get this trophy, you need to set up a goal for another player using someone with the Playmaker speciality. In the Team Management window, you can see if a player has the icon next to their name. They can be a little small to see properly, so if you go into player roles and select a player and then click , you can see which they have. I did it with Messi, but here are a few more players with the Playmaker speciality:

    Barcelona - Messi
Real Madrid - Kaka, Xabi Alonso, Ozil
    Manchester United - Scholes
    Chelsea - Lampard
    Liverpool - Gerrard
    Manchester City - David Silva
    Inter - Sneijder, Cambiasso

The goal has to be scored on the fly. So, run towards goal and try to set up a little pass to your striker. Drawing the keeper out makes this easier. The idea is to pass it so that the forward has a one touch tap in.

  • Score from inside the box with a player with the Poacher Specialty

To get this trophy, you need to score a goal from inside the box using someone with the Poacher speciality. In the Team Management window, you can see if a player has the icon next to their name. They can be a little small to see properly, so if you go into player roles and select a player and then click , you can see which they have. I did it with Anelka, but here are a few more players with the Poacher speciality:

    Chelsea - Anelka
    Manchester United - Berbatov
    Manchester City - Adebayor
    Schalke 04 - Huntelaar
    Milan - Inzaghi
    Roma - Adriano

The goal has to be scored inside the box. Long range efforts won't count.

  • Get your name on any Career Mode Leaderboard

You can find the Career Leaderboard in the main menu. Scroll though it using the , , and buttons. You can get on it by earning money or silverware while playing in Career Mode. It's not that difficult to make it.

To do it quickly, I picked the Red Bulls (MLS) goalie and maxed out his stats. By then simulating the first season, I got this in about ten minutes. Even though it said that picking a Customized Roster would disqualify me from the Leaderboards, it didn't.

This trophy won't pop until you exit Career Mode and go to the Main Menu. Also, you have to be connected to the EA Servers to get this. You have to be on the top 10 on your friends list. If your friends are high up there, delete them and then re-add them after you get the trophy.

You should have no problem with this if even if you play through the Career normally.

  • Complete 100 Accomplishments with your Virtual Pro

There are 400 Accomplishments in all that can be unlocked. You only need to do 100 of them to get this trophy. If you go to your Virtual Pro and then Accomplishments, you will see the full list. They are divided into Bronze, Silver and Gold categories, with each category linked to a difficulty level.

You can unlock any of them while playing online in Pro Clubs or in a Be a Pro match. If you want to do them offline, then you need be playing on at least Semi Pro difficulty for the Silver Accomplishments and World Class difficulty for the Gold ones. Only the Bronze Accomplishments can also be earned when using two controllers.

This is a full list available on the EA forums: Accomplishments.

  • Play any match as the Goalkeeper with no Assistance

To turn off the Goalie Assists, go to:

My Fifa 11 > Settings & Profile > Controls > Wireless Controller Settings

Save Assistance is second from the bottom. Now head to Kick-Off and pick the Be A Pro: Goalkeeper option. After you pick your teams, go into the Game Settings on the pre-game screen. The first menu will be the Be A Pro: Player settings. Turn all four of them off.

Now just play the match. You don't have to win or anything, just finish the match. You can lose 10-0 and you will still get the trophy. You should use your VP to get some Accomplishments out of the way at the same time.

  • Play a Practice Match with your online Pro Club

Cannot be earned since Servers have closed. The Pro Clubs mode lets you play as part of a full online team using your Virtual Pro. There are three types of matches that can be played: Practice, League and Cup.

Once you have joined a club, you will be able to enter the club locker room. The captain will have the option to change the game type to practice. You only need two club members playing together to start a match, so PM one of your teammates and ask him to help you out. Finish the game with your friend against the computer and the trophy will pop. Also, if someone quits after 5 minutes of game time, the other person will receive the trophy anyway.

If your club mates are trying to win a Cup, then don't bother them about getting this trophy. It can be gotten easily at any time, so try to get online when it's quiet in the locker room.

  • Work on your skills in any Arena Practice Mode

You can start a training session in the Arena at any time. While in the Arena, press and enter any of the training options, like Practice Set Pieces. Once the training starts, the trophy should unlock.

  • Play an online Pro Club or Pro Ranked match with your Virtual Pro

Under Virtual Pro go to Pro Ranked Match and you will be placed in a random game with your pro. Just complete the game to unlock this trophy. You will also get this after the first game you complete while playing for your Pro Club.

  • Play a Pro Clubs match as a team of 10 or more

Cannot be earned since Servers have closed. This one becomes easier the bigger your club gets. Each Pro Club can have a maximum squad of 50 players. This means you could potentially always have a fair few players looking to play. To get the trophy, you have to get ten players together into the team line-up, and have all ten start the match. The trophy should pop immediately as the game starts.

  • Play 500 matches with your Virtual Pro

500 matches is a lot of matches. Try to use your virtual Pro as much as possible. If you're playing a Kick-Off match, always try and include him in the game you are playing. There is nowhere to see how many games you have played. The best way is to subtract your total games by your Head to Head games online, if you have been playing all your games with your VP.

Tip: Getting sent off with your VP in Manager mode playing as just your VP and not as a team will end the match right away. All you have to do is play as a goalie, and make a bad slide tackle on a player without the ball. You will get a red card, but the game is added to the total games played.

  • Make 10 saves in 1 Arena Kick-about

In the Arena, press and choose to Select Sides. Move the controller over to control the goalie. You don't have to switch your VP's position to goalie, but you may want to to get a few accomplishments out of the way.

All you have to do is stay on the positioning circle, and try to save 10 shots on goal. Not too hard. There is no time limit, so just stick at it until you're done.

  • Score off the post or cross bar in a match

There is no reliable way to force this to happen, but you shouldn't really have to try for it anyway. You will have to score hundreds, if not thousands of goals while playing towards the platinum, so you will get this sooner or later. Although it's mostly luck, you should always aim for the corners of the net to have a better chance of hitting the woodwork, as well as a better chance of scoring. I wouldn't worry about this, as you will more than likely do it hundreds of times before you finish.

  • Get yourself selected in the Team of the Week in Career Mode

In Career Mode, every league will put out a weekly best team, the best 11 players ranked by position. The first time you make this team, you will receive this trophy. You can get this easily while simulating your season as a goalie in the Career Mode. With a maxed out goalie, you should get this many times during the season. Just keep simming the games one month at a time.

  • Win the Manager of the Month award in Career Mode

To get this easily, you should continue to simulate the seasons following your promotion to Player-Manager while using the maxed out GK in the MLS. I picked the Red Bulls. By simulating the next season or two, you should pick up the Manager of the Month award along the way.

If that doesn't work, edit any team and add some All Stars. You can also edit any of the star players on the other teams to make them worse. Then select Career Mode and Manager. In the settings, put squads used as Current Customised and then simulate a month at a time. You should get it quickly.

Secret trophies

  • Spend 50 hours on the pitch

Nothing really to say about this one. You can't get it without actually playing 50 hours. It has to be time on the field, not just time in the game. You can increase the time by extending the length of the halves.
