Roadmap:
Introduction:
The Empires series of Dynasty Warriors games adds a simulation aspect of the game. You can play through the historical scenarios however you wish, as a serf, a subordinate, or a ruler. New to DW7 Empires is the fame type, where you can choose how people view your character. There are 6 fame types, with a unique ending for each one.

Steps 1-6:
This one is a bit confusing, but I'll try to break it down as best I can. Since you can only see 1 type of ending per game, and you need to see all 6, you're going to be doing 6 total playthroughs, and in each one, you will focus on 1 specific fame type. You can do them in any order, but 1 needs to be done on Chaos difficulty (can be done on any of them), 1 as a Create-a-Warrior (any other than affluent), and 1 as a common free officer (affluent recommended). Most of them should be started as a free officer or subordinate. In all runs, your goal is to reach level 9 fame of the type you're aiming for. Always use the 'Special' ability unique to each fame type. Here's a general run down for the runs, in no particular order:
Kind - Start as a free officer until you learn the Phantom Troops strategem. After that, either raise a banner, or use another fame type under a ruler to become a ruler yourself, so that you can use the Compassion and Three Visits Specials.
Wise - Start as a subordinate so that you can use the Slander Special. Aim to become a Strategist in this run.
Orderly - Nothing special about this run; approach it however you wish (as a ruler, a subordinate, vagabond, etc). Just be sure to use the Joint Training special when it appears.
Evil - You'll want to do this one after your Wise playthrough for simplicity. Start this one as a free officer until you get the Thunderbolt strategem, then join a ruler and try to get an officer to defect and take land with him. Use the Betray Special at some point.
Brave - You're going to want to be a subordinate to a ruler. Try to become a Marshal in this run. Aim to get a sworn sibling and/or spouse, then once you get to level 4 Fame, use the Rebel special and become a ruler.
Affluent - Start as a CAW as a free officer. Once you get the Sorcery strategem, the best way to approach it is to raise a banner to become ruler, and once you get level 6 Affluent Fame, use the Imperial Seal Special to become emperor. Also don't forget the Banquet Special.

After your first ending:
Unite the Three Kingdoms

After your Brave playthrough:
A Nation of Heroes
Hero
Peach Garden Oath
Eternal Love
Marshal Appointment
Rags to Riches

After your Wise playthrough:
A World of Reason
Sage
Strategist Appointment
Double-Tongued

After your Kind playthrough:
A Land of Benevolence
Saint
Appreciation for Talent
Virtue Above All

After your Orderly playthrough:
A Nation of Iron
Hard-liner
Assiduous Cultivation

After your Affluent playthrough (if done as recommended):
A Golden Era
Magnate
Mandate of Heaven
Drinking With Friends
Yes, I Can
Sorcery Practitioner

After your Evil playthrough:
A Land of Greed
Tyrant
Superficial Obedience
Signs of Betrayal

Step 7:
Take care of the miscellaneous trophies. Most of them will unlock during the process depending on how you go about your runs. The main goal here is to have saves at the end of each of those playthroughs, then use them to fill in any missing trophies specific to any fame type. In particular, if you didn't get Ingenious Strategist during your final run, use your saves here to fill them in. If done correctly, the 6th run should unlock your platinum with little to no extra effort.

  • Swear a sworn sibling oath for the first time.

    See Eternal Love.

  • Get married for the first time.

During your turns, you can use the 'Interact' option to talk to another person and raise your friendship rating. People usually start at D (they drop to E if they hate you), and you can raise this to an S. It will go up as you go in battles with them, but you can use Interact to speed it up. From D to A it should only take 1-2 uses per rank, but from A to S, it can take anywhere from 2 to 20. Once you have someone at S rank, use Interact one more time and it will give you the option to marry them (if they are the opposite sex) or accept them as a sworn sibling. You are allowed to have 1 spouse and 2 sworn siblings at one time, and you cannot undo this choice.

  • Be appointed Prefect for the first time.

    See Marshal Appointment.

  • Be appointed Strategist for the first time.

    See Marshal Appointment.

  • Be appointed Marshal for the first time.

When you are a subordinate, they may promote you to higher ranks during the February/August Personnel Reports if you meet the right criteria. Here are the criteria:

To become Prefect, you must have 10000+ experience, and do NOT have high Brave or Wise Fame. If you do, you may skip from Prefect directly to a higher rank.
To become Strategist, you must have 20000+ experience and have high Wise fame.
To become Marshal, you must have 20000+ experience and have high Brave fame.

It is possible to be promoted from a Prefect to a Strategist or Marshal, but Strategist and Marshal are equivalent ranks and cannot be promoted/demoted.

  • Become Ruler for the first time.

It doesn't count if you start as a ruler yourself, you must become a ruler. There's 2 ways to do this:

    a) Start as a free officer, become a vagabond unit with another officer, and then raise your own banner
    b) Be a subordinate under a ruler with Brave fame at 4 or higher, have a sworn sibling and/or spouse, and choose the Rebel Special

  • Become Emperor for the first time.

As a ruler with Affluent fame at 7 or higher, you'll have access to the Imperial Seal Special. Choose this and you will buy the Imperial Seal and become emperor.

  • Raise a banner of your own for the first time.

Starting as a free officer, make a vagabond unit by inviting another free officer to join you (you may get refused a few times, keep at it until someone accepts). You'll now have the option to raise a banner and become a ruler. Be careful, as this will put you into a tough battle for a low level officer (unless you're on Beginner difficulty). This will also unlock The Power to Lead.

  • Capture a powerful enemy officer.

Only a few officers count towards this trophy. They are Guan Yu, Gan Ning, Zhang Liao, Meng Huo, Lu Bu, and Xiahou Ba. The first time you run into one of these officers during an invasion or defensive battle (NOT a skirmish!), they will activate a cutscene where they are beating off other grunts and then attack you. After you defeat them, they will either run away, or be captured. After the battle is over, they may be captured and recruited, or executed. You want to see the captured message, and then see a cutscene where they grudgingly join your forces.

However, this is very rare on its own, so here's the easy way to do it. Start the Generations of Chaos scenario, and place these officers as rulers in the surrounding territories. Be a ruler yourself, and invade them. Since it's your first time seeing them, you'll get the cutscene, and since they are the rulers defending their last province, they will always be captured. As a ruler, it's your choice whether to execute/recruit/release them, so choose recruit and you'll have your trophy.

  • Enter enemy territory alone and defeat an enemy officer.

The map is colored depending on who controls each area - dark blue (entirely yours), light blue, gray (neutral), light red, dark red (entirely the enemy's). You want to run to a dark red area and kill an officer. You'll know you're in a dark red area if the bottom of your screen is flashing a dull red the whole time and your friendly officers are telling you to return to them.

  • Start a rebellion and become a Ruler of your own kingdom.

As a subordinate with Brave fame at 4 or higher, you have access to the Rebel Special which lets you rebel against your ruler and take over their lands. You will need to have a sworn sibling and/or spouse before you can do this. If you're not on Beginner difficulty, you may wish to have the max of 2 siblings and 1 spouse, as this battle can be grueling otherwise. This will also unlock The Power to Lead.

Warning! If you choose the ruler as your sibling/spouse, you will not be able to rebel! I accidentally made the ruler my first sibling, but was able to rebel after getting a spouse and second sibling. If you make the ruler your second sibling, you may be out of luck!

  • Use all of the available Stratagems.

During defensive battles or invasions (not skirmishes), you can use stratagems that you set before battle. There are also other stratagems that are used during diplomacy meetings (negotiating a treaty or suggesting a different plan of action to your ruler). They are unlocked based on your current fame levels - each fame type has a specific set of stratagems. When you use them, they're tied to the system save, so you can use them across all your playthroughs. The goal is to use all of them at least once. Some stratagems must be unlocked, and some have prerequisites to use. You can find a detailed list here. The trophy unlocks immediately after you use the final stratagem.

Ideally, you should make a checklist of them all and check them off after you use a few and save. Remember that the game does not autosave, so you must manually save to keep your progress. Save often, because you don't want to miss any! Also, during your 6 playthroughs, you should make a save right at the end of each one. This way you have access to all of the stratagems of each fame type up to level 9, so you can quickly use them all again if needed.

  • Successfully negotiate 10 diplomatic treaties.

As a ruler, or as a subordinate when you accept any such tasks during the January/July meetings, you will have the option to negotiate a treaty with another kingdom for various things - joint attacks, forcing them to swear fealty, donate troops, etc. Succeed in 10 of these for the trophy. Depending on your fame type, you may have certain stratagems that will raise your odds of success as well.

To grind this one, be a ruler and just spam treaties to neighboring kingdoms. You can have up to 6 different types active at once per kingdom. Just don't duplicate one that's already active.

  • Use the "Slander" command.

As a subordinate with Wise fame at 2 or higher, you will have access to the Slander Special, which causes your ruler to demote or banish an officer.

  • Use the Three Visits to befriend an officer.

As a ruler with Kind fame at a high enough level, you'll have access to the Three Visits Special, which will let you instantly recruit any officer from any other kingdom.

  • Have 3 or more territories in a state of Happiness.

When you use the Invest option, one of the territories under your control will turn green, indicating a state of happiness. If you or your ruler controls 3 or more territories, just use Invest 3 times in a row for this trophy.

  • Obtain a new territory through virtuous means.

As a ruler with Kind fame at 7 or higher, you'll be able to use the Compassion Special, which instantly converts any territory around you to your control.

  • Win a battle without swinging your weapon even once.

This must be done during a defensive battle or invasion, not a skirmish. You are not allowed to use your attack buttons (, , or ), but you CAN run people over with your horse (Red Hare or any other horse with high power recommended). In a defensive battle you win just by waiting out the 15 minutes (not losing counts as winning), but you can also take the proactive route during either a defensive battle or invasion and run over everyone. You can easily take over bases and kill officers just by running back and forth over them. It's tedious, but it is faster.

  • Win a battle while retaining 90% or more of your troops.

Casualties are only counted during defensive battles or invasions, not skirmishes. Your goal is to finish a level with allied casualties at 10% or less. You actually have no control over when your troops are killed, so you do this by winning battles as fast as you can. You will want to have level 5 weapons with 3 star compatibility and Red Hare, and make a beeline for the bases on the way to the enemy main base. Don't kill anything else, just take relevant bases and end the battle as fast as possible.

If you're on Beginner difficulty, you'll probably be seeing casualties under 10% during almost every single battle if you speed through.

  • Participate in a joint training exercise.

As a subordinate or ruler with Orderly fame at 3 or higher, you can use the Joint Training Special which shows a cutscene of you training with your troops.

  • Obtain all of the abodes within the game.

When you visit the town, the Carpenter NPC will sell you abodes (the room you're in during the menu screens). Buy all of them during 1 playthrough for the trophy. This will cost a total of 90G.

  • Obtain all of the edit parts for your created characters.

In town, there is an NPC named Clothier that sells outfits for your created characters at 400 bonus points per outfit. There are easily 60+ outfits between male and female, and you must buy them all. You gain anywhere from 100-400 bonus points per battle depending on difficulty, but you'll earn FAR more than enough to buy all of the outfits across the 6 playthroughs. If not, grind out some skirmishes in your Chaos playthrough, because those give more points per battle.

Outfits that you buy are tied to your system save, so you don't need to buy them all at once. The trophy will unlock immediately after buying the last one.

  • Hold a banquet.

As a subordinate or ruler with Affluent fame at 3 or higher, you can use the Banquet special for a cutscene of you holding a banquet with friends.

  • Execute 10 officers.

When you invade territories, you sometimes capture enemy officers after defeating them. You will always capture the rulers of each kingdom if it's their last territory. After the battle is over, if you are a ruler, you will be given the option to execute, release, or recruit them. Choose execute 10 times for the trophy.

This carries across playthroughs, but if you want to grind it out early, use the Generations of Chaos scenario to start as a ruler.

  • Be abandoned by one of your subordinate officers.

This is likely the hardest trophy in the game because it is entirely luck based. When you are Evil fame, people will distrust you, and may sometimes leave. Unfortunately, there's 3 possible ways they can leave: by defecting, by defecting and taking a territory with them, and by betraying you to start their own kingdom. You want the second one, where you see a dialogue where an enemy ruler is inviting an officer, and then your officer defects and takes a territory with them.

For the best chances, do this after you have cleared the game as Wise and Brave fame. You will want to have Evil as your main fame, and be a subordinate under a ruler (ideally an Evil ruler, but it may not matter). If possible, try to become a Marshal or Strategist (use the Seals to get Wise/Brave fame quickly). Try to keep as many territories as you can, which depends entirely on your ruler's choices (my ruler refused to invade at all). Stock up a LOT of resources - ideally 150+ of each type, and then save. If you have don't have access to the Slander Special, go to town and buy the Seal of Wisdom, which gives you 2000 Wise fame and is enough to unlock the Slander Special from 0 Wise fame. Use Slander a bunch of times to demote all of the Prefects, Strategists, and Marshals - don't use it on Common officers as it banishes them. At the beginning of each turn, you want to see dialogues where your fellow officers are harboring distrust. Now play as normal. If you are a Marshal/Strategist, during defensive battles or invasions, don't bring along any officers that have red names. After a couple years, hopefully an officer will defect and take some territory with them. If not, reload your save and try again.

  • Betray your commanding officer.

As a subordinate with Evil fame at 4 or higher, you will have the Betray Special, which lets you leave your current kingdom and join a new one of your choice.

  • Go from a common free officer to Emperor and view one of the game's endings.

A common free officer is one from the bottom of the 'All' Officer list who uses a spear/sword/fan/club, and does not have a second musou move. Ideally you will want Affluent as your main fame type (I used Zhu Guang). Become a ruler by any means (raise a banner or join a ruler and raise your Brave fame high enough to Rebel), and when your Affluent fame is 6 or higher, you will have access to the Imperial Seal Special, which will make you emperor. Then go on to clear the scenario and this will unlock after the credits roll and you return to the main menu.

  • View one of the game's endings with a created character.

From the main menu, create your own character. Then when you start a new scenario, go to Edit Officers and choose your created officer. Clear the scenario with them for this trophy.

  • Learn the Stratagem, "Sorcery."

As a free officer with Affluent as your main fame type, invite another officer to join you and create a Vagabond unit. Then use the Support option to make a contract with the Suspicious Hermit, and after a few months he should teach you the Sorcery stratagem.

  • Complete one of the scenarios on the Chaos difficulty level.

You will want to clear a couple scenarios first without spending any bonus points to save up for this one. After you save up 10000 bonus points (11000 if you want Red Hare right from the start), start a new scenario on Chaos difficulty and unlock all weapons (7000), items (3000), and optionally, animals (1000). Be sure to unequip the 2 items that lower defense. Go on to clear the scenario for the trophy.

This could be rather hard normally, but with the flute/fan trick from DW7 still in this game, it's actually very easy instead. Buy the level 5 thunder flute for your primary weapon and the level 5 wind fan for your secondary weapon. Get on your horse, and when you encounter enemies, hold to strafe and spam the button. Due to the bug, this will always break enemies' guard, and then you can bounce them around until they die.

Even with this trick, it's still possible to get surrounded and take loads of damage, or get knocked off your horse and juggled, so you may wish to do this when your main fame is Wise or Orderly to have stratagems that can save you.

  • View the "Boredom" event.

Starting as a free officer, make a vagabond unit by inviting another free officer to join you (you may get refused a few times, keep at it until someone accepts). Now choose the Rest option repeatedly (it can take anywhere from 7 to 25 times in a row, be patient) and you will get a cutscene where you go fishing, and the trophy.
