I want to know how you're s'pose to know what level someone's affinity level is on -__-. I've found these books and whatnots with fancy names and such that late in the description would read, "Especially liked by Aldous" well not verbatim but it says that dude would like it, so I've given him about 15 of them and nothing is happening. He is the Chamberlin I believe :V |

The way you will know is if you give said person an item they like or do quests they need help with. Not only will you hear a little chime when you speak with them again, you will see an aura around their head. I'm pretty sure chime is any affinity at all, and chime with aura is max affinity. |

- Finish the quest Witch Hunt, exit the Witchwoods, go back in.
- Go to the area where Witch Hunt ended, start The Dragon's Tongue quest.
- Finish The Dragon's Tongue to get the Arisen's Bond ring.
- Give the ring as a present to whoever you want, and say hello to your new stalker (and trophy). |

A ADVICE:
Don't do this to the inkeeper of Gran Soren or a merchant, because they will disappear and you will be pissed and think it's a glitch, but then you discover that this person has been taken by the storyline dragon. Would think he/she would return afterwards, but no. |
