Take all the Whale oil cartridges in the level. 2 of them are inside the hole as soon as you get off Samuels boat |

You've written a good guide, but with all due respect, its easy to get on the watchtower with blink 1. Maybe it was fixed in a patch. Just stand at top of the rocks from the stairs, point your reticle at the spot just above where the plank will stick out when the turret rotates, hold L1 for blink, and jump up & forward when the plank is just under your target reticle. At the top of your jump, release L1 & you'll climb right up it, no prob. I got it first attempt. |

Not sure how I did it, but I didn't see the final security system (the gears). I took the elevator up, went up a few flights of stairs, shot the final bad guy, and saved his hostage.
This was on a high chaos run, if that's important. |

Same with #4, I didn't see any "gear" as mentioned in the guide..
Maybe I should go back and try the watch tower... |
